‘Submit’ carries a negative connotation in most people’s minds. To them, submission is a sign of weakness when actually it’s the strongest thing you can do. The glorification of self and self actualization in today’s world flies in the face of Jesus’ teaching, further separating us from God. Great message!
Jesus said himself in the book of John chapter 14, verse six, "The only way to the father is through me" its not just a way to pray, it's the only way to ensure your prayer reaches the father in heaven. Saying "In Jesus name" doesn't mean everything you pray for will always happen or be obligated to happen. Remember we are to be HIS servants. BUT saying "in Jesus name" is necessary if you wish the prayer to actually be heard. As Jesus said the only way to the father, is through him.

@@lunalove3464 my father told me once that many religions call their own god “God.” God knows what you mean, but it can cause some confusion among people because God can mean god of the muslims or buddhists and all of that. Not just that though… Jesus tells us to pray in his name in John 16:23-24 where it says “In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.” God bless you 🙏
