I am fmge myself but there is no way you can compare a licensing exam with a competetive exam in licensing you just need passing marks there is no rank based selection with no negative marking Where as in neet pg there is negative marking so you get punished for every wrong answer and you need to do better than certain amount of people Its like saying a driving license test is equal to f1 racing make some sense bro 😂
