@@Noodle-Rooyou have to pause and unpause for every line of dialogue. I got all the way to when you run to the vault and then it soft locks

@N00dle-R00 dialogue will trigger in the pause menu, but triggers don't seem to be occurring. I'm pretty sure a nuke is supposed to go off but I've been just dinking around for 30 minutes trying to interact with everything. This is such an unbelievable bad glitch, ps5 should probably take it down from the store lol. What is the root cause? Maybe I need to play the full opening cinematic?

Just tried it and it worked for me. You will hear the audio of him saying " War never changes " and the text will be seen at the bottom of the screen, you just have to wait until the dialogue is done (sometimes it gets stuck on bits so pause and unpause when you hear them speak ) and you should be able to do character creation after they finish talking to eachother.

I got through the character creation, but it's still doing it.

@@Noodle-Roo people on reddit told me to disable the FRIK mod and it should fix the problem. Min was disabled, but i spammed my buttons on the oculus controller and it let me save idk why but it did. but to the people having the same problem i still dont really know a fix.

A lot of guarding and fighting 😂 the usual Warframe missions. A pain getting all the pieces just so you can play 'the war within'.

actually, her mother never became a thing in the full plot... it was teased shortly after the umbra quest, as a sentient "Sentient Giant Ship", talking to Natah / Lotus... but the next teaser laid by DE some months after said her mother was dead. Instead it was conceptually replaced by her Brother, Erra . . . Who SHOULD have become the main villain in my opinion, but here too was rushed and rendered useless by the end of the intrigue un New War, to make Ballas of all sh*theads THE grand Villain. While he was untill that point in the story presented as a literal "DOG" for Erra... and rised as "GOD", and the Sentient Leader his disciple or some sh*t. Now ? Erra died, and became some kind of edgy goat that trash talk you for a headless cult of peeps doing nothing since the end of New War, two years ago. So, yeah... more and more clueless missed oportunities / Beta sh*ts thrown in the pile like, many other things prior, in this 10 years development hell. Basically, the whole story of Warframe ceased to make any form of sence or narrative with the end of "The Sacrifice"... Zariman ? Duviri ? I'd even argue "Whispers" ? Fillers over fillers, trying to add logic and explenations where there is none left to start with. to many questions that no one will give a proper answer for, not beofre . . . 10 to 20 more years at this rythm.

@@sirjazz5776I think you’re being too harsh. Long-term game development is always bound to endure changes in story along the way. I believe that after the retcon of Lotus’ mother, DE realized not to tease story beats too early, and also that the character of Erra was more interesting than another giant scary evil spaceship, and Ballas being the ultimate bad guy made more sense within the established personal stakes of Warframe: the conflict between the child (tenno), the mother (Lotus/Margulis) and the abusive father figure (Ballas).

@@Noodle-Roo I only died like once or twice before double jumping, is it really that hard to jump across? I’ve seen a bunch of comments where everyone said they died plenty of times to that gap so I was just wondering

It's a bug with his older model, happened a bit after the Sacrifice first launched for Apostasy Prologue, seems it spread to The Sacrifice too. So many reworks to lighting and skin upgrades broke him more than Umbra wished he could

Also, from what Ive managed to piece together.... Ballas, and the other surviving Orokin, modify and augment their bodies as a fashion statement, much as we might dye our hair or wear a bold tie. Changing proportions, textures, and colors all to suit the desires of the body's current occupant. I went down a warframe lore rabbit hole a few days ago and cannot site a specific source...its all a jumbled mess of thoughts, opinions, factoids, and inferences. So, I would advise a grain of salt as I may well be completely mistaken, or could have misunderstood something entirely.

From what I can remember when divin into the rabbit hole, the orokin see themselves as gods and the bodie as you say are fashion statements to show off that power. Also, each person is born into a role they cannot advance from. Born a lower class civilian you stay forever in the lower class.
