YOU‘RE SO TALENTED AND IT ALWAYS TASTES SO AMAZING!!! also rip to the plants 😭 and please don‘t be too upset about the weight, because i already see progress!! 🥺 i also haven‘t really lost weight since i started with the gym 14 months ago but i definitely look COMPLETELY different, you should measure yourself or take photos 🥺 i personally had to stop weighting myself because at some point it just killed any motivation and my body dysmorphia got really bad. when i stopped weighting myself some months ago it really helped me to heal from that and i can finally see progress for the first time. weighting yourself can really influence the way you view yourself heavily 🥺

Please don't worry if you don't see immediate huge progress on the scales!! When you start to work out so much you're going to gain muscle mass (which is also heavier than fat!) and so it may not show on the scales but more in the way you look, feel and your measurements. also GIRL ARE YOU CRAZY A FULL HOUR OF CARDIO???? 😭😭that sounds so exhausting 😭😭 let's really all go to the gym together so dina and i can show you some stuff we've learned throughout the last year!! I definitely love watching your vlogs, they are really cozy and I'm happy I get to see more of your life 🤗 also looking forward to the pirate party video 😍😍
