Today on the Uriah Butler Highway in the vicinity of Chaguanas, a pickup truck caught on fire due to reasons unknown to us at the moment. The Fire Services were on the scene attempting to contain the blaze which burned on due to the fuel in the tank. It was eventually contained. Kudos to the Fire Service. Presentation College has experienced a fire in it's breaker room which is ALLEGED to have resulted from an explosion due to an electrical problem. Investigations are still continuing. Thanks to valiant efforts by students of the College the fire was contained until the Fire Services arrived. No injuries were reported and minor damage to the building was reported. School will reopen on Tuesday 2...
