I recently relapsed on alcohol while working aboard a cruise ship. Now I'm trying to get back to the structured lifestyle I had pre-relapse.

Walking to aftercare

Quick little intro video heading to the treatment center I went to. Aftercare is a a meeting that former housemates attend to discuss their week. I wish it wasn't winter.
So many ways to stop and regain that precious feeling of feeling alive. Countless solutions are available, and many people have benefited from them. Try something like Steffon Barkload's approach, or whatever else that seems sensible to you personally.
