Oh Kylie, you are so talented and I bet worked damn hard to get that way! You deserve all the success this world has to offer! I like the earlier comment, this one makes my eyes sweat! Mine too! Lord have mercy, there's a very proud Cowboy smiling down watching over you w/a few tears of joy seeing you become successful in your goals. Your Grandpa sounds like he was a very special kind of person! I think every single young one deserves a Grandpa like yours. And, I know they would all be better for it! I wanted to mention something to you. There's no place in my days when I hear the word "Horses" that I don't think about what's happening to the precious few remaining wild ones still living and running free in our country. They represent everything about Freedom to me as much as the Bald Eagle. And, for all they've done for our ancestors, all mankind, I think the Wild & Free deserve to continue to be. There's serious conflict over what will become of them. And, a lot of inhumane and unjust behaviors taking place due to emotional investment, having those in power feel their authority is being questioned. And, ultimately, the Horses are who are paying the price w/their wellbeing and their lives. The Laws set up to protect Wildlife absolutely were meant to protect them also. But now, Advocates are trying to get new laws passed that will protect them. Even IF but to pray for their wellbeing, I would like to ask you, and anyone who might read this to look into what is happening. And please consider telling your State Representative's that you support the SAFE Act, and want the inhumane round-ups, penning, and waste of tax $'s to cage them to stop. And that they should be free and safe, as they were always intended to be. They actually better serve the ecosystem in which they live more than cattle or sheep. I understand it's a difficult issue for some. But, Science has & is proving they are NOT feral, no more than any one of Colonial Descent. In fact they are less so, because the Mustangs were here before we got here. The Indigenous People's have always said this through their Historical Accounts. Now, Science is backing up that info. I've just never met a real Cowboy or Cowgirl who has not been passionate about Horses and their wellbeing since they were very young, like me. I can't imagine anyone can watch what is happening to them and not want to help them in any way possible. Even if but to pray for them, please do. I am not a huge country fan but I like that lyrics tell a story and when you have the right musicians and vocalists behind it then the world is your oyster. I have listened to this over and over and Reba is another story telling artist that I also like.
