Disneyland California's Maleficent Dragon by Murphy is gone now!
Ok not gonna lie, the tokyo Disneyland animatronic is awesome! It actually looks a lot like Murphy and is even better than the puppet used in disneyworld!
Yeah, Murphy's version of Maleficent Dragon was the best. It was unfortunate that it's burned out incidentally. 😢
@@BrianRumbaoaDisney1998 they could reskin an old animatronic that they have in storage and add in some features if they don't want to entirely rebuild from scratch so it won't cost as much money. Unfortunately, disney has announced that they are retiring Murphy entirely, not even thinking of rebuilding it.

@@regularjosh1 Considering that A; the Florida version is getting a 2.0-type update and B; it’s been about 13 years since the newer Disneyland dragon started operating, and thus the Imagineers should have the issues worked out by now, it would be awesome if Florida got a big animatronic Maleficent dragon for the climax like the one in California!
@@knightofarkronia9968 I do hope they get an upgraded dragon, although admittedly it is still pretty cool to look at! I wonder what the new animatronic could possibly look like, if they are to get a new one!
@@regularjosh1 Well, i think they're gonna have to get a new one now...
while Florida has the 2nd best venue and good elevators for mickey, and Tokyo has the best venue, and fireworks for the venue, 2017 Disneyland takes the cake for just the visuals and technology.

わああ初コメントきた！嬉しいありがとうございます😶 カリフォルニアバージョンは、ドラゴンを準備するまでの時間を埋め合わせるためにちょっと時間かかってるっぽいです。東京はそれがない代わりちょっとドラゴンが小さいかなあと、、、笑
