Two Easy DIY Headphone Holders/Stands - Project 28
Here are a couple of fast and simple ideas for a headphone hanger and a headphone stand. Both were cut out using an inexpensive K40 lazer cutter/engraver but you could use a band saw or scroll saw.

Using A K40 Laser To Make A Phone Amp - Project 27
Переглядів 2294 роки тому
I decided to take a small board and make a phone amp using my cheap K40 laser cutter. I designed the idea very crudely in Photoshop using the simplest tools of all, the circle tool and the rectangle tool. I used 1/4 inch thick poplar wood.
Simple DIY Plexiglass Screen Door Protector - Project 26
Переглядів 7 тис.5 років тому
Our dogs like to paw at the back screen door when they want to come inside. We've had to replace it a couple of times so far so we put up a piece of cardboard so they would paw at it and not ruin the screen. However, this looks terrible and the small dogs can't see outside with the cardboard obstructing their view. The answer? Some plexiglass from the local hardware store solves the problem eas...
How To Make A Bluetooth Home Stereo System - Project 25
Переглядів 1706 років тому
We have a 4K TV in our game room that has horrible sounding speakers. I didn't want to have to place some large clunky stereo on the shelf so I came up with a solution. I made a very small 30 watt Bluetooth stereo amplifier with an addition analog input. I connected the headphone jack on the TV to the input of the amp and now I am powering two very good sounding mini-tower speakers. I made both...
Plywood Jambox - Project 24
Переглядів 1896 років тому
I decided to make a very simple Bluetooth jambox with some leftover plywood from a disassembled project. I had no design written out. (I love to wing it on some things just to see what will happen.) The speakers were about $10, the amp board was about $19. The wood was free. It can get surprisingly loud for 16 watts. This is an experiment with some leftover wood. I wanted to make a jig that would help me cut accurate circles. I decided to try to do something creative with the circle I cut.

Mini Shelf for Security Cam - Project 16
Переглядів 607 років тому
I needed to make a tiny shelf for my small security camera so I could see when packages were delivered. I used a piece of scrap pallet wood to make this simple fix. I am using detachable Velcro but gluing would be better if a permanent shelf is wanted.

Guitar Shelf Pallet Hack - Project 1
Nice finish. But the speaker should not touch the bottom of the box. Some elevation or inclination is needed.
BEWARE of those toaster ovens!!!
Put that fence guide down before you lop-off a finger!
Interesting project but you lost me at that first cut on the table saw. No bueno my man...
The way you are cross cutting those boards you are looking at some major kick back !!!!!!!!!
Great design and how-to but bluetooth speakers can be cheap.
Excelente trabalho! Parabéns 👏👏
wow
Given that most phones have the speaker outlets at the bottom, by standing the phone on it’s base you are partially blocking them. A small wood block or two that the phone can sit on without impeding the speaker outlets will help.

Really nice 👍
Was that a basic split ring washer with the screw?
The funky bass line did the trick.
Nice IDEA, but how well did it work... DId soil fall out of the lower holes?
Works great. Roots hold the dirt in. We've planted strawberries as well as flowers and all did well.
Great idea! 👍👍👍👍
Way to knock out a project. How did you match the crossovers to the speakers? I always find it confusing to to figure out which crossover for which woofer in which enclosure. Also, the amp board has the bluetooth interface? Where did you pick that up from? Nice

I know you can get solutions for that on woodprix website.
Very cool project. This would be great for camping or on the beach.
You are good
Thanks much!
Just what i need
Great video and nice walk through! I hope the best for your new channel. Maybe you could stop by my way sometime. Good luck!!👍🏽
Thanks much!
You bet! Love to see you stop by!😊
Nice hack, but many people complain that the Shopsmith's table saw is a bit tall. This would raise the lathe, which tall people find a bit short, but then it's on casters which might amplify vibrations. Anyway, I like where you are going here. Perhaps a turner might want to add a few feet that adjust down when turning? Thanks for sharing, Scott
Thanks Scott! You are correct on all points. I am using this strictly as a dolly. I lift the Shopsmith off of the dolly and place it on the ground when in use. I will probably try the Shopsmith upgrade casters at some point so I don't have to lift it on and off the dolly to use it. All the best!
very nice👍
Thank you Go Green!
I love it... I want one of those in my house :) like
Thanks much Go Green!
Great project! It turned out nice! 👍👍👍 Keep up the good work! I like making things out of pallets too!
Thanks much!
