Yes, you can absolutely establish a career using Kubernetes on AWS! Kubernetes has become one of the most important technologies in modern cloud-native application development, and AWS provides strong support for Kubernetes through services like Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). However, to truly build a successful career around Kubernetes on AWS, you’ll need to focus on both the Kubernetes ecosystem and the AWS cloud platform, along with EC2, IAM, Amazon RDS & DynamoDB, EFS, EBS, Load balancers, and security basics. In order to create pods, we should understand Docker too. Moreover, in order to survive in the present market, we should learn other DevOps tools too.

@@dineshkanumuru501 As you already have some knowledge on Linux, and VMs, then start with the basics of Python and bash scripting ( Just basics), then Version Control ( GIT), then learn AWS, then Terraform and Ansible for IaC( Infrastructure as Code), then Docker for Containerisation, then Jenkins for CI/CD, then Kubernetes for container Orchestration and basics of some monitoring tools. Initially it looks overwhelming, but once you start learning, things will get easier, and honestly it takes your time and efforts, realistic time frame to learn all of these is around 3-6 months depends on individual, and practice is the key!

Cloud engineer role always overlaps with DevOps engineer role. In reality most of the time we use Terraform/CloudFormation to provide infrastructure such as VPC, EC2, Lambda function etc. But if you want to create something with Terraform, we have to understand how to do it on AWS console, Soon I will make a video on day to day activities of DevOps engineer, because I can't explain everything in a comment. Hi!, Run this command in AWS Cloudshell "aws ec2 describe-instances --instance-ids i-06f1b50hdhsd", just replace your instance id. If you see HttpTokens": "required", that means it is IMDSv2, if it is optional, that means IMDSv1

Thank you for pointing that out. It appears that the script awslogs-agent-setup.py is compatible only with Python versions 2.7 and does not support newer Python versions. For the script to function correctly, you'll need to use Python 2.7, which is the supported version for this setup as of this recording. Install Python2.7: sudo apt install python2.7 -y, then run sudo "python2.7 awslogs-agent-setup.py -r us-east-2" replace desired region

Hi bro!, Yes we can use. By default, eksctl will create a new VPC unless specified otherwise, so you'll need to use a configuration file to use an existing VPC. Create a configuration file to specify the existing VPC and other details for your EKS cluster

You can get it even if you use personal email. Cause I was in the same situation as yours and I got mine. But now I have the $300 credit and it expires in 6 months. I don't know if I need to pay after it expires or if I happen to consume all $300.

Congrats for getting credits. However, You can’t buy a domain in AWS with these credits, but you can spend these credits on many of their services.

Please look into user's home directory, you could find a hidden directory(.docker), inspect config.json file and check auth field for credentials
