I’d always check the original manufacturer guidelines on cleaning That being said, I wouldn’t see why the simple green/water mixture wouldn’t work, maybe put that tube in a capped pvc pipe and let it soak. I’ve seen some large sd brushes also Dang, this is a pretty old video. lol

i love the GSL stealth also! this was my first personal suppressor! - I dont ever clean the baffles....in 5 years of range days, events, shows, and machine gun fire I have never once taken the baffles out. the reason....you wont ever need to. unless you have your own semitruck filled with ammo....you wont be able to fill a stealth with carbon....would take maybe 900k - 1mil rounds.......thats 1k rounds a WEEK for the next 20 years btw...and not many people shoot 1k rounds every week.... check out suppressorman.com/gsllinktree/ and click link #17 to see a GSL produced suppressor with over 1.2mil rounds fired through it...and never cleaned ;)

i have maybe 1500 rounds through the stealth prior to this video. enough the piston and spring were dry, zero lube. it was still functioning, but runs a lot smoother now :)

I didn’t use an ultrasonic here, just put them in a glass. I wouldn’t use anything ammonia based or super abrasive on your 7075 components, but the ultra sonic itself isn’t the issue no, it’s the solvents.

Well, like the video description says “customer’s rare breed” this trigger doesn’t belong to me, so I have no idea what method he bought it with, or where he bought it… come to think of it, I don’t even remember what customer this belongs to at this point. I don’t really think they were worth buying no…but I have some actual machine guns 🙌

its does, but yes i agree. i have had some luck with shaving cream and with other wire-pulling gel, etc. Another thing to try in the pillbox is liquid gel pills maybe

thanks for your feedback! the BOSS is not a super popular seller, the wipes make it something a lot of people seem to not want to get into. Even though we included 3 additional sets of wipes in the BOSS system, it still turned people away. I actually have one unsold BOSS out there if anyone wants one. ;) shoot me an email at kevin@suppressorman.com to discuss further. They brought it out on the website for a bit when we ran another production run of them, and finally removed it now that it wont really be sold in the immediate future having been replace with the chilito that doesnt require wipes at all.

Yes indeed, just can’t have a “stockpile” of wipes (more than the suppressor includes) that’s why the pillbox plus is awesome

I have never cleaned mine, maybe 50k-75k rounds. Then send it back to GSL and we will give you brand new baffles

Also I called the atf and they confirmed it is in processing. It just blows my mind how the last nfa item I did, for a sbs, took literally 10 days to clear.

And for what it's worth. I went with a woodland for 2 reasons. First, light weight. Second, I believe in buying local. I'm from washtenaw county.
