Leica M11 vs Sony RX1RII: Full Frame Mirrorless Comparison 📷
For me personally, just admiring the appearance, not all bags are worth the money. That being said, I do buy quality fakes/knockoffs at kislux because I wouldn't spend my money on the real thing.
You are right. The RX1RII was ahead of its time, and just look at the form factor side by side - you'd look at the Sony and rightly wonder how they got a full frame sensor in it. The Sony, just to clarify, has a variable low pass filter: the only one fitted to any camera. It does have poor battery life, which is the main negative for the Sony, but the batteries are small, cheap to buy (clone ones), and the image quality is already stunning in the Sony. 42 megapixel is more than enough even for large format printing. I love my RX1RII and have had it since 2016. I am not inclined to blow the kind of money Leica wants for a Q3 and certainly not for an M (I would rather have a film M6 personally). The low light and dynamic range in the Sony still compete with the best cameras available today, it is worth pointing out. The form factor makes the Sony stealthy, unassuming and doesn't "spook" people in street situations. People just don't assume it is a pro camera
grande fra' !
Absolutely love watching the process. Whether you shoot film or digital I highly recommend watching this channel. Thanks for sharing.
105mm f/2.4 on 6x7 is equivalent to 52.5mm f/1.2 on FF. So if I were to find a full frame lens similar to that 52.5mm spec, the photos should look nearly identical when it comes to what’s in frame and also the bokeh right? Like there’s no need to stitch photos together to get the medium format look? Thanks
The kislux looks still good and 1/10 the price of real one. So many people will choose fake. Since during u walk in mall or on the street no1 will stop u and check ur bag from 5cm distance to see these differences. These differences are mostly impossible to see from more than 1-2m away. And be honest. 95% of these people buy these stuffs only to pretend fancy, rich during a walk
Yes would be interesting to see how the digiscoping goes. I have seen some fantastic results with this scope and even point and shoot cameras.
I had been on the fence about buying them due to the cost. Thinking more on the 8.4x42 EL, in the store i compared the EL and NL in 10x42 and bought the NL. Field of view is amazing. Thanks for sharing your review!
Thanks for the overview. My gear is on its way 👍...., digiscoping/yes please
请问先生,我不知道怎么调倍数,可以调到75倍吗?我想晚上看月亮。我看不懂英文。❤❤❤对不起。
with the BTX the magnification is set based on the lens mounted
Fantastic! You are the top
You are! 🤗

Great video!
Thanks!! 👊
I just tried the Monarch HG 10x42 and nl pure 10x42 side by side in a local store. The difference is absolutely noticeable. And yessss, people needa spend a lot of money for this improvement. If u use it very frequently, just go for the nl pure!!!! Also I tried the Zeiss victory, it is more like my monarch HG... I can't see Zeiss can compare to Swarovski ....
oggi sono riuscito a vedere il video in hd. La pellicola si vede benissimo.💪👍
Fantastico! Dovresti potere mettere in 4k
Great video, I need to get my 6x17 out more!
@@craynotcreigh hey thanks!! Happy you liked it. 6x17 is the best 👊
does it also tell range ?
no it doesnt
I love the new format with the end result shown in the same video as the capture.
awesome!! happy to hear that, stay tuned, I'm looking forward to do more!
uà , super bello.

Nice review. I use the BTX 95 with balance rail for extended viewing/scanning. It is very comfortable on the eyes and the optical resolution is excellent. For closer identification i use an STX on the 95mm objective. The extender reduces light and the BTX is already less bright than the STX. The STX at 70x is bright and clear. I can also digiscope with the STX and it’s easier (compared to angled eyepiece) to use in a hide using a hide clamp.
hey thanks for watching, happy you enjoyed the vid!
I just don’t get it. Seems kinda useless and bulky.
Have you ever shot wide angle on a rangefinder camera? Especially useful in Leica M, where your finder is fixed and only can see bright lines for framing
Ah, I see now. I have an SLR. I didn’t realize this was for rangefinder cameras. Thx.
Buongiorno...bello fotografare nel silenzio , in santa pace..
eh si troppo bello ;)
I don't get why the cable release is on a bracket attached to the camera?
To avoid it dangling and hitting the camera when I carry the rig during walks
@Fabsinthewild ok. But when it's part of the camera it kind of defeats the purpose of using a cable release.
@@Gman1044 no, I release the lock, hold it in my hand to reduce vibrations, click, then put back and lock it in place. Then pick up the camera and go

A day when a new Fabs video comes out is a good day.
I hope you have a fantastic day!!!
for a long time you didn t make any video... and I m very happy To discover new videos! I enjoy very much your Channel. One question what s the angle of your 90?..
Thank you very much! Happy to hear that, your comment makes me want to do more content!
The 90mm Super-Angulon XL has110° angle of coverage, and an image circle of 259 mm, so plenty of coverage for 6x17
ottimo. l'audio però è un po basso....🤪
@@gufo431 eh me ne sono accorto tardi..
The quality doesn’t look much different from my $400 Kowa binoculars.
🤣

How do you remove the objective lense covers? Is it a spring loaded clip or something?
no you just pull them there is a tab
I noticed you do not include the photos you've taken in the videos, is there a reason for this?
All the work i do on film is very personal, intimate, but I've added a section where I share some film on a light table. Planning on sharing more on UA-cam, not so much on IG, being not so much pano friendly
all five images are superb, I personally fave the 6x12 and 6x17. Both of them are fire!!
… haha, you had me with "ruining their digital experience", brilliant!
Beautiful landscape shoot. 👌🏾💯
thaks a lot!!
Can you put telephoto lenses over 90mm on the horseman?
you can mount 6 different lense3s. Just got a 250mm and a72mm, stay tuned for the comparison!
Wow, beautiful video!
Thank you! Cheers!
I have just purchased the 8x32 NPL absolutely love them, ideal size for me, particularly in woodland, and light for when I'm carrying photo gear, nice and clear, great FOV, best binoculars I've ever owned. Great review.
Thanks for sharing
They are expensive but one benefit is that they are analog. There are no computers or batteries. This means they can last for many years and perform exactly the same. If you are younger, buy them before your eyesight starts to degrade and you will likely be able to enjoy them for the rest of your life. It seems the rubber shell is the weakest link that will dry rot after 40 years, but they designed that to be removable, so it can be replaced easily. The body is metal. Optically and structurally they are robust. I really think these can last a lifetime or more.
but now while your young? adjusting focus makes up for eye weakness i believe
@@jrnumex9286 The normal aging process causes difficulty distinguishing colors, needing more light to see well, difficulty focusing, poor night vision, and other changes. Your ability to hold binoculars steady decreases and your physical ability to go places also decreases. And this is all for normal aging. Diseases you can develop are age related macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, hand tremors, mental disorders, MS, cancer, and a bunch of other conditions that will make it difficult or impossible to enjoy binoculars.
Hi, would you be interested in testing a binocular?
