I got Kroger Boost about 6 weeks ago. Had my 4th order delivered a few days ago 15 mins. later than the latest delivery time. I'm in the Fry's region so only Instacart shopper/delivery for Boost. Sadly this 4th order was a complete mess up. The shopper picked my order and checked out with 3- out of stock items that were refunded... that's ok. But they delivered my order with extra bananas and a marked down expiring item???? (was that the last item on the shelf?)...ok...no problem. But the real kicker was the email from Fry's to check my final receipt in my acct. In the receipt... every item I had ordered now said "out of stock" and 24 new items were added to my order which I was being charged for. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Even if he was shopping 2 orders at once, they shouldn't have been rang up together on my order number. So now I won't be usiing Boost for delivery because of Instacart. I won't have this happen again. I'm have Walmart do all my shopping now, it's their employees.

Boost is a nightmare using SNAP benefits. Missing items make weekly deals almost impossible to achieve. If they're out of one product, it makes your five off of five items or similar a crapshoot unless you over order to make sure it doesn't. If you don't meet the criteria that you originally did, you are charged regular price and it goes on default card instead of EBT. That's a big problem!! Now food items are charged to my bank account instead of EBT card never knowing how much it will be. Even with EBT, I have been charged numerous times to my debit card which I cannot afford to let happen. Big big problem!!!

I own one. Wore it every day on our trip to the Mediterranean earlier this year. Everything you need for a day trip in a convenient size and shape.

The app is the best way to save money if fast food is your only choice. After having worked at McD for several years off and on, I never thought I’d eat there again. But life happens, and as a result I’ve found myself going through using the app when it’s convenient. The deals are always poppin. In my city, I’m able to get two double cheeseburgers for under $3. That’s a lifesaver for unprepared lunch breaks. You mentioned having kids and yeah the app is super helpful in that regard. 6000 points for a happy meal and I’m finding myself able to get my kiddo a free treat pretty often.

No it is totally not worth it, in fact it's a ripoff. The 3rd time I used it the shopper bought my groceries, then he bought his dinner $26.25 on my creditcard and boost absolutely refuses to fix it. Never again, frys-kroger boost shopping is a scam!

hey, love the video! I am currently thinking about purchasing this for festival use but are a couple of things I would like to ask. Some users reported that once the battery gets to 20%charge it will discharge drastically, have you experienced this? And lastly, how many charges would you get to your phone, anker says a 14 pro max should get about 7 charges. Thanks

Please don't say seniors are the only disabled people. I am far from a senior citizen & I have physical and mental disabilities. I normally pick up my groceries but lately I have been paying for Kroger Delivery. It saves me time. I have a busy day when I normally pick up. When the weather warms up, I love to take my dog with me. Well that means I have to get ready to leave earlier. I have to get her ready, get her bag ready (always be prepared in case we are trapped in horrible traffic), make sure I have my purse, do I feel sick? I have had colon problems that have me showing up late. I have gone out in March 2023 when there was a high wind advisory (damaged neighbors roofs and tore some siding off the side of my roof) and it was a nightmare to drive and pick up. The poor kid putting the groceries in my car, he had been helping someone else and the wind was so bad that when the gust came through the trunk of the other person's car came down on his head. He kept going and came out to me with my dog & gave me my groceries. I have been using the pick up since 2017. It got to be sticky during the pandemic but I stuck with it. I don't have the physical or mental ability to walk around the store & search for my groceries. I have been using delivery due to very busy weeks, my health, & it is oddly not normal for a lot of ice & snow where I live but we got hit & hard for 7 or 8 days this past January. When ice is on the road with a layer of snow, you can't get out since most folks live on back roads in neighborhoods. I kept monitoring the weather. I called my dad for his advice (he is a senior citizen and not disabled) and he said to hold off on ordering groceries. I ignored him, ordered groceries a lot sooner than I normally do, I paid extra for Kroger delivery & they managed to get to my neighborhood & to me & carefully park their truck & walked through my yard up to my front porch. It was just in the nick of time too otherwise I would have been without much food to eat. The day my dad had wanted me to try and get groceries, there was still snow and ice on the ground and I was still trapped at home. I am now trying to upgrade to Boost so I am on Google trying to find out if it is worth it. I don't use Kroger gas. I will never upgrade to the expensive level as Instacart is a nightmare and even nightmare is an understatement. I didn't know if the cost of $59 was a flat fee or if they add on extra fees like taxes and such so you are instead paying like $64.54 every year (just a random number). I may start the trial first and then pay the annual membership fee. Kroger Delivery gives me my time back plus it helps with my health. I also will complain when I take the survey and in a week or even two weeks someone from customer service will email me, apologize, give me a credit for my next order (not always), advise the higher up's of what is going on (usually always), and I will not take anything less than excellent service so I will complain (I have had bags stink of cologne or perfume or cigarettes and those smells can cause a migraine headache) and they take it all to heart. I complained non-stop when ClickList rolled out and they listened and changes were made. When they get things right then I of course give them kudos and on my surveys I rate higher. I love the option with delivery that they now have, I just have to look for it when checking out, that you can request contactless delivery as well as do not knock and do not ring the doorbell. I work from home so that is important to me. Tip: Order as early in the morning as you can for next day delivery slots if you need them earlier in the morning. Those slots go fast. I ordered at 7am, picked my slot & by the time I checked out my slot was gone and I had to go to later in the morning. Also if you can pick different days during the week and see if you get better results. I always shop once a week except during the holidays as it gets insane. Guess I will have to switch that thought process. And again, if you have the choice between a Kroger van and Instacart, always, always, always go for the Kroger van. When they don't have what I need, well then, I have to hop in the car and head out to Publix. Publix is more expensive. Sadly they only have Instacart. They haven't figured out how smart Kroger is. LOL!

I tried it, but they reserved their Kroger-branded products for in-store pickup/shopping only, so they lost me that maneuver. It's like they are trying to pretend they are Doordash. No other grocery delivery service has excluded me from getting their store-brand grocery products delivered.

I've been EDCing my ver2 for nearly a year now. It's 5.11 quality and still looks new even though it gets tossed around. Pros: Built like a tank, plenty of room and storage, CCW nicely with the right holster, water bottle sleeve is a bonus. Cons: BUCKLE SQUEAKS AND CREAKS every freaking step I take- it drives me nuts and is making me shop for an alternative...I've tried ranger bands, duct tape, hockey tape to make it stop to no avail, strap was designed by someone who hates sling packs, not ambi carry.

My brother works for Kroger (Kroger Employee) and delivers these orders. He specifically told me NOT to use Instacart because their employees are known to steal your credit card information and use it fraudulently. My brother made it sound like BOOST is Kroger employees but according to your video, it’s not. I will have to clarify but just thought I would share this.

I bought this bag same color when it was first released in 2019. This is by far the best bag I have ever used! My wife calls it my Murse. I call it my tactical carry all because it does just that. The larger strap allows for heavy weight when you need to load it down. The newer model of this bag is not as good. They got rid of the quick release buckle, and the sewn in holster strap. The sticking on the panel for CCW is not very strong, and will not hold the velcro paneled holsters at all. The first gen bag is better.

Auto renewed! So mad! Called to get refund the day said they didn’t see to call later. Finally had time to call because it takes 45 minutes on the phone. It was 3 weeks later and they said it had been too long and cannot refund me and offered a 30.00 refund. So mad!

Nice job on the review. I've had this sling just over a year now and it was PERFECT for our cruise in March. I took my X100V and a few essentials. It also allowed me to carry our four passports safely and securely. I just bought the tomtoc 14-inch Compact EDC Sling this week and it seems like a great upgrade when you need to carry a little more. Take a look.
