This young group of teenagers rolled a speaker into the food court and started playing music and breakdancing to unexpectant onlookers. I thought it was so cool that the mall security didn’t try to shut it down. Come to find out, this guy has 118,000 followers on Instagram and is really popular on TikTok.

Josiah’s Birthday in Portsmouth, OH

Portsmouth is an unusual destination for a birthday getaway. We chose this AirBnB because it’s across the river from some of Mindy’s family in Kentucky. Granny and Adam met us for miniature golf and ice-cream one day. I wish I had taken pictures that day. Also not pictured, when Josiah and Julia got bucked off a horse 🐎.

We stayed in Bradenton this time at a quaint AirBnB that Mindy found. We visited Bean Point, Siesta Keys, and more. After months of quarantining, we were all SOOO ready to be out of our house. Colorado sounded like a dream destination. The trip has its’ challenges since it was our first time traveling with 2 kids under the age of 5, but we had a blast! We went to a place called Little Creek Barn (wedding venue) in Forest, OH because I learned they would experience 4 minutes and 57 seconds of totality, so it was totally worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. Mindy’s and the kids’ faces say it all - our experiences was out of this world!
Triplehorns at Splash Harbor (Belleville, OH) - Spring of 2024

This was our third time visiting Splash Harbor and maybe the funnest time yet. In addition to the water park, we spent a lot of time in the arcade and savoring our continental breakfasts 😆. We also got to visit Malabar Farms State Park, drove by the historic Mansfield Reformatory, and spent our last hours in downtown Mansfield.

YAY! Every year at Comfest I hope to find a band that I've never heard ... One that makes me go YAY!!!! And YOU ARE IT! Y'all were awesome ... I love the harmonies and silliness -- reminds me a bit of The Ditty Bops (I was lucky enough to see them live once, and they dressed up as vegetables! hahahahahhaah -- so fun!)
