This unknown clone have been bought on AliExpress in April, 2021. There are a lot of smokes emitted out on first use. Please, pay an attention.
xSoldering C245 tips provide stand detection problem if it have resistance above 2R65.

Be careful to not to buy this tips for xSoldering station. It's not for xSoldering! However, xSoldering C210 tips could be used due to it resistance of 2R1-2R2.

My first printer problem after assembly. Cannot find a point of this problem. TEVO Black widow, Repetier-Host, Slic3r. Video present only Y movement, actually X also occurs.
LY IR6500 v2 BGA station. PC410 failed with RS232 communication.

PC410 issue with RS232 communication. RS232 data fed into PC410 pin10 (RxD) is OK. But PC410 not responding from it's pin9 (TxD). Settings is correct for both sides (notebook software and PC410). Com speed is default settings: 9600, 8bit data 1 stop bit, no parity check, no hardware control. Need help.
I've heard the Aixun knock-offs are OK? But yeah whatever you got there doesn't look good at all.
Двери ветром хлопают в сторону открытия, потому что механизм позволяет дверям открываться. Поставили механизмы на все двери в двух теплицах. При сильном ветре не знаю, что делать. А если мы на работе? Контроля нет. Цепочки не спасают.
Еще одно уточнение. Разметку отверстия рекомендую сместить примерно на 5мм, т. е. привод устанавливать не полностью "вложенным", а выдвинуть на 5мм. Это нужно для плотного закрытия (с небольшим усилием) форточки/двери при температурах ниже 18грС. Это также покроет погрешности разметки/сверления отверстий.
Муж установил "Климат-100" на форточку, все нормально открывается, хотим вместе с дверью, хотим отдельно. Обычно вместе, и только, когда сильный ураган одну форточку оставляем, чтобы сопротивление меньше было. Закрывает тоже вплотную, при установке задвигал шток до конца. Замечательный термопривод, очень довольны!
That may be due to the ground of the T245 handle to the soldering rest-base sensing circuit being intermittent. If the handle ground is good enough, then the control board to the soldering base On-off sensing circuit problem.
Классное видео. Я советую покупать оригинал JBC систему. Пользуюсь много лет и нет никаких глюков.
Не шмогли китайцы. А может hanskit специально под свои ручки сделали. В любом случае для использующих оригинал не очень большая потеря)

Yo compré esta estación y estoy decepcionado necesitan mejorar mucho el software, no tiene un sistema de calibración, entre lo que mide una termocupla y la temperatura del display, la detección de las puntas, en conclusión es un producto incompleto que necesita ser mejorado, y gracias por el video y su tiempo saludos desde México

В стоковой прошивке много глюков. Обновите прошивку с помощью загрузчика с сайта производителя. Много проблем уйдет. Я пользуюсь такой станцией и в принципе очень доволен, но пришлось обновить прошивку. Родные жала не плохие, но заметно уступают оригинальным от JBC.
Естественно, я давно уже обновил прошивку. Но главную проблему с детектом подставки это не решило. Причем все три картриджа С245 имеют одинаковое сопротивление 2.7R. Пользоваться ими неудобно, т. к. приходится паять на 300 гр а там детект не работает и приходится каждый раз кнопки нажимать... Я тоже доволен станцией, но этот детект страшно бесит. Если у вас С245 'xSoldering' картриджи - можете измерить сопротивление между двумя самыми узкими выводами? Хотя бы тестером с вычетом сопротивления проводов.
@@vladimirivanov4761 я покупал с картриджами С245 'xSoldering' , но они мне не особо понравились и их сразу продал. Пользуюсь оригинальными картриджами JBC с245 и указанных вами проблем нет.

@@vladimirivanov4761 до обновы часто отпадало жало С210 и реже С245, особенно после пробуждения из гибернации. Но повторю, что жалами xsoldering С245 практически не пользовался.

I bought a lot of 'xSoldering' tips, been sure it is original and specially designed for xSoldering station. Fornow, all of my C245 'xSoldering' tips behavior is similar and provide stand detection problem. Now, I have't a time to order some C245 tips from AliExpress and want to create a dispute. What is the conclusion there: station problem or the tips problem? I wrote some messages to the AliExpress sellers and ask them about a C245 tip resistance value. They report me near 2.5 - 2.8 R between most narrow pins. My 'xSoldering' tips have 2.7 R resistance. Please, anybody who have a 'xSoldering' C245 tips - is it really works without stand detection problem? If you are using a C245 clones without problems on there xSoldering station, please, report there... Also please post a link where you buy it (Ali is preffered for me)...
It does it with real jbc tips too. I have one I'll sell for 50 bucks. Only used once. These people are the reason I decided to just buy JBC. Absolut junk. AND they wont help you with it no matter what is wrong.

@@viclorenz2522 This problem looks up a few times, but at the moment I not experience it. The more dramatical situation possible. A care should be taken when we use both soldering irons simultaneously. One of them can lost of regulation and the tip temperature goes heat up to 565 С degrees very quickly. If the user do not swith unit off immediately the tip can became broken. I report it, but have't any answers from JDI TOOLS developers. P.S. I add some new videos about my small expirience with the xSoldering station. The tip quality is important for us. For the April 2021 the AliExpress Kiludo store have the best quality for both C210 and C245 tips. It have a little expensive but you could guaranteed don't have most problem. However, it is only my opinion...

inside have it a failed connections, you need set cable in correct place (gnd tx rx), I had same issue. I change gnd cable in a correct place

Solved now. SD card power supply tought AMS1117 failed. Replace with NCP1117 and put some capacitors around. It helps!

Thank you for your response. Whats wires do you've in mind? Today I resoldered the white tape wires and pins. I replaced once more time on the original maxim max232, but still do not have the comunication. Checked on twice converter ft232rl FTDI. What is the vesion firmware on your controler? I have a v4211 vesion. Maybe you have any ideas ? Best regards.
Please, see the power supply of RS232 modul. The assemblers do not correctly solder the power supply wires from internal transformer to the PCB. The PC410 must be checked at all.

Да, решил. Нужно разобрать PC410 и устранить неконтакт. В моем случае китайцы не сняли фторопластовую изоляцию с проводника (типа нашего МГТФ) и попытались запаять его в плату, надеясь, что изоляция расплавится сама )))). У них из трансформатора питания доп обмотка выведена именно такими проводами. Думаю у вас все то же...
