What the Bible ACTUALLY says is that any who: • repents • professes Jesus as Lord • and calls on the name of the Lord Can be baptized. Infants can’t do any of those things. And infant baptism isn’t efficacious. I know at least a few people “baptized” as infants who have completely rejected the Catholic institution and its teachings. Just do what the Bible says, it makes way more sense
It doesn’t say you have to do that to be baptized. But I guess you know more from your own private interpretation than the interpretation of church fathers for thousands of years. Learn church history
@@q-petebassin2557 I’ve studied Church history quite extensively. There’s absolutely nothing in the patristic writings that supports infant baptism before 180. After that, one or two does suggest it. Many other false teachings based off of superstition or paganism were infiltrating Church doctrine. Even as early as the 50s Paul, John, and the other apostles were warning about false teachers and their teachings.
Has to start in Genesis. Sin entered the world, through one man Adam, the devil rules this world ( but does as he is allowed only) Read the Book of Job. Christ came to buy us through His shed blood, paid our sin debt, Once we are His, and Salvation is our stead, we continue through lifelong sanctification during life, until glorification. Home with Father.
A pastor who swears on the pulpit? No thanks, pass.
This is my body. . . This is my blood. . .for the forgiveness of sins. . . Do this in remembrance of me. John 6:47-59 ESV [47] Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes has eternal life. [48] I am the bread of life. [49] Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. [50] This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. [51] I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.” [52] The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” [53] So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. [54] Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. [55] For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. [56] Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. [57] As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. [58] This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” [59] Jesus said these things in the synagogue, as he taught at Capernaum.
Haha He doesn't really give me a choice.
I’m not disagreeing with the meaning of the passage. But after this pastor tells you to read it for yourself he literally adds words to the text that aren’t there when you read it for yourself. Nowhere does it say it’s saddens me in Matthew 7 13-14. The Bible does not provide context of whether Jesus was saying the solemnly that is something he added. This is more often than not with people who believe in sola scriptura do tell you to read it for yourself and then blatantly add words and context that’s not there.
Dude… please.. cmon obviously the way we are living “saddens” Jesus or He wouldn’t have felt the need minister.
Amen🙏🙏🙏
Such an awesome testimony!
Gross.
Just stop it. Please! Your kind have done enough harm. Look within, deal with all your perverts first.
Leave those other countries alone. Stay home and quit annoying people with your lies.
Stop pushing your beliefs

Ooh another international trip to collect tithes
Colonialism cloaked in charity
It's sais it right there in book: only take slaves from the nations around you.
I lived abroad and missionaries are so annoying. I saw 2 approaching a 14ish year old boy alone on the street. Leave lids alone at least, dang!
Fuck mission trips, white savior BS that is steeped in white supremacy
Missionaries I've met travelling have been amongst the most dogmatic, deluded people I've ever met. I hear that a very common characteristic of Christian Nationalists (though I understand they're often abusing the term Christian) especially is an inability to introspect and think critically. Dangerous game cults. I like Ricky Gervais' observation that since there are circa 300 Gods globally, (and believers almost exclusively believe in the one in the place they happen to be born) there's little difference between atheists and believers; believers think 299 God's don't exist- atheists just one more.
It's like if you believe that Leonardo Davinci painted the Mona Lisa. I don't. You don't believe that any of 10 billion people painted it. I just don't believe in one more. It wasn't painted. It's just like that, you know?
Sir, just stop it.
Yea this shit is creepy.
I love hearing this ❤️ thank you for being open minded and caring
Get over ypurself.
Maybe respect others and their faith enough not to force your religion onto them? Not everyone wants priests to rape the demons out of their children ya know.
It’s not like this is the 18th century or something calm down we just like to spread the love we believe in. But I definitely respect never forcing anyone to believe what you believe just because it’s “right” we’re not forcing anyone (anymore thank goodness)
Correct. If the Christian Church was applying for a job and it's resumé was open in front of you and you saw the amount of indigenous blood that it had slaughtered and its own track record of infighting and insurrection, you'd never hire them. Never. Karma is a thing. The religion of Peace?? Um..... The scales say otherwise.
@@desireerose1097theres still huge imbalances of power unaccounted for ~ might not be physically forcing but exploitative of morally and socio~economically massively pressured situations
@@desireerose1097look up the penelakut residential school. I wish my tribe had never been "converted".
Amen brother.
Halloween has to do with the demons. It's a mixture of the Aztecs the people that they sacrificed. Their relatives would celebrate their deceased relatives. And also the Irish who used to put out food and a former ejaculators to keep the evil spirits away
Don't believe this man go do your own research it is not a Christian holiday
Stupidity
I would want my child to have the choice. It’s more meaningful when they can decide for themselves. Besides, a baby is already born as an innocent Child of God.
Babies are born with original sin. They aren’t born perfect. That’s heresy
Nope, it's a celtic celebration!!! The church took it over like many others.
Halloween is a man made holiday. Doesn't say in the Bible to celebrate Halloween. Halloween is paganism
You're wrong. I'm a Christian ordained minister. I have never once told members anything that is defiling out your mouth. WE Christians follow the Holy Bible "Judge not lest you be justed" you sir are a blaspheming. God forgive you, you know not what you say. Buy a Bible sir. Don't judge any religion, flapping gums
Thanks for helping not get this all twisted Pastor Kyle
I don't become a mechanic when I go into my garage. And I don't become evil by celebrating a day that's so watered down as to be laughable. It's a time to blow off some steam and have some fun. And that won't send you to hell.
Lol This is the kind of “Christian” that flys the LGBTQ flags in church .
The bible say no to other God's it's the first commandment
It actually was a celtic pagan festival called samhain, before being appropriated by the catholic church 800 years later
It was never appropriated - Halloween has zero connection to Gaelic Samhain save that they both fall on roughly the same date.
Nope... Naw... I'm good... Celebrate no pagan holiday. Plus that's not the origins
Dude I am Christian and I wanted to celebrate Halloween and never have rest of my life!! And thanks to you I finally have the message to my family finally let me do Halloween stuff or do Halloween costume or anything!! I been dying to do one for longtime!!😊😊😊😊
Imagine trying to defend Halloween by saying "guys before Halloween the Catholic Church used to use the day to pray and communicate with the dead". Umm that's still unbibllical dude.. Luke 16:19-31 Lev 20:27 Lev 19:31 And more... Halloween is satanic any way you look at it.
Who cares what it used to represent? Im not religious, but why cant christians just see halloween as a fun thing? Who cares if it really was satans birthday? Take a negative and turn it into a positive. Pretty much the best way to combat it imo. God is not going to hate someone celebrates a holiday we made up... lol He would only care if youre a good person
So the witchcraft, demons and ghosts have nothing to do with it? We are called not to partake in any of that. I don't consider dressing as a character bad, but one can't turn a blind eye to the partying done around gore, demons, witches, and the dead or death itself. It might have had an origin with good intent but the modern Halloween has no regard to God nor saints. If you wanna celebrate it you will, no matter what Biblical reminder we give, but you will allow your children to see demonic stuff as cute.
Yeah, but…it’s not like that anymore. I’m sure the original celebration method was different than it is now. It’s very satanic.
Umm...I just dressed up and went to get candy from people. Now I give out candy...how is this satanic. I'm Christian btw 😂.
@@FallStar3388 I am gonna leave you to that one my guy.
It's no more "Satanic" than the 4th of July or Labour Day.
Thank you
Halloween, it is based on the Pagan New year and was a Pagan holiday way before Christianity was even a religion.(by thousands of years) Christian holidays coincide with pagan holidays for a reason, it was to aid in the conversion to Christianity by the church, do your research.
Yeah, not supporting anything that comes from catholicism.
i like your explanation
