I have really bad hip issues, so I struggle to clear the left hip in the sequence, after my pro suggesting your method, I'm here now to study it, but I can't seem to get it right for the driver yet... I have work to do!

This all makes good sense to me as I have degenerative disks in my lower back and trying to swing the conventional way is painful.

Inside our body our muscles can only pull as our bones can only push. When we pull something our muscles contracts bringing an object closer to the center of our body; but when we push something our muscles expand bringing an object away from the center of our body, So exactly how are our arms consistently pulling our body in our golf swing? Please explain further. Cheers

Since I try to embrace right-sided swing, my back is not aching any more. I have played 28 rounds of golf in 17 days during my recent trip to Thailand. If it were no for RSS, 64-year old body could never endure that many rounds of golf without taking a day's rest.

I have a right wrist I broke when I was younger and the bone is dead and have very little flexibility. If I force myself to swing head back with both hands and keeps right side engaged during entire swing the results are unbelievable.

It appears the entire right side is rotating extremely fast around the left leg (post). Seems that getting the entire right side of you body behind the shot would add speed and power.

Hey Gary still at it i see. You taught me back during 1968 while you were at the Capital golf in Narrabundah and then at Yowani. Dont know if you been back here lately but the joint has well and truely changed. Good to see you still teaching>. I d probably got better if you stayed. I can see why you moved up north, Warm weather your joints dont ache. Mine do. I m still playin at 75yrs. Unfortunately, my old body feels a bit saw. But I m still here hittin them everywhere but not far. Keep on keeping Gary,
