Thanks for this video. I'm troubleshooting an issue with our sound system. We have the MTX3. The symptom is that when I connect to my PC or audio recorder the cable exiting from Output 8, the sound is deeply muffled. Imagine sound speaking from behind 50 blankets. I can hear the booming of the human voice, but no details. I connected a cat5 from Windows 10 to the 5G networking switch. And the MTX software found the items on the network. PROBLEM: (a) I'm not sure what setting to change to see if I can fix this symptom, and (b) my ONLINE button is grayed out, unlike the way it works for you at 1:10:22. So, I'm not even able to see if any of my tweaks will have effect. Any help or guidance is appreciated!

Can I use Episode EA-AMP-HYB-2D-1000 on conventional speakers or power a episode 12" sub that amplifier failed in?.

Well I was lucky to find a episode es-sub-12-300 subwoofer in a house I rented that this system was installed in. I'm guessing it was in a package deal. But it was just the sub and the center channel that was left behind. The sub worked off and on with in shutting down but never goes into protection mode. The light stays green and even sensing the single but it just will not fully power up anymore. I can flip the switch and it might play. When it does play, it sounds good. Is there are way I can purchase a replacement amp plate for this subwoofer?. The specs are really close to my Infinity SW-12 beta 12". I like it cause it bends in with the rear ported infinity and this front firing subs is adding some kick in the 25/27hz range. This cabinet is solid also.

So this is mafia run? Only "Licensed" tech to charge a premium to do what any IT person could do? LOL This is insanely simple plug and play unlike Homeworks which is much more involved (Which I would agree needs an in depth expertise. I took a peek at the Designer software to use for homeworks which is relatively simple. The customization is where it's time consuming (From the software perspective not full homeworks implementation). Lutron could make so much more money if they made RA3 available to consumer like the basic caseda.

For the 310 Luma system, why is there no motion tagging? When in Playback it shows only continuous red line. No way to tell where motion occurred. Is the latest firmware still dated to 2019? Really needs to have the UI updated to current technology standards. Also, very important to have a HELP or Training manual since this UI is NOT intuitive for the end client.

Luma UI is awful - can't use the TV remote for any playback features & the mouse is almost impossible to use. PLEASE update this UI to better work with TV , iphone & ipad.
