Morning Suzanne, only way you'll see this in full is via Les Mills on demand or your an instructor that has paid for the release.
Sadly this another release that is mostly gimmicks instead of hard punching and kicking. In the first minute or so you see how ridiculous it is with the side punch plus low and high punches, it’s just silly. Then there is basically an entire can-can kicking track. Also a useless run back and forth several time. Those are just lame but there are a few bad for your knees moves too. I hate these gimmicky made for social media clips releases, the older ones with harder core punching were soooo much better workout wise.
I agree with you with the social media clips that's why they are just clips but I can tell you from a hands on experience from one of the instructor there, Marlon is always on fire 🔥! Since he is in Les Mills now it's a 50:50, that I am happy for him but kinda sad that I won't get the same energy I have when I am in his physical class but at least I can still workout with him through this. I hope they have classes like individual instructor so in a way it will give us the full focus and will get the same energy!
