I have had several Profound treatments and MyEllevate with cutting neck bands, in lieu of neck lift with great results. I was going to do another Profound for minimal laxity but now I have come across this treatment and I am very interested. I emailed my surgeon this evening to see if she does this. There are only three docs here in va who performs it. I am thinking she might not have the necessary equipment? She is a facial plastic surgeon Dr S Rostami and I trust her. So would she need special equipment?
