Eagles original is way way better,sorry but there is no comparison. Love Willy and Waylon but they can't even come close to Meisner singing.

One of, if not THE best album either of them ever recorded. The two of them had such chemistry and it came through in the music. Unfairweatherd friend is a great example.

It makes even more sense for Haggard to sing this song, as the man went through a lot of painful divorces after stormy relationships, he also had problems with drugs due to his bad emotions after a failed marriage. He truly lived his songs, he lived some stories he sung about. As much as I'm not a fan of Merle as a person, I admire his musical ability and perfectionism. This is a great Bob Dylan cover, one of the best ever.

When the Eagles came out, my favorite was always Lyin' Eyes, so they were not my favorite. But, after Randy Meisner died, I listened to some UA-cam and realized what a voice he had and how beautiful this song is! Waylon and Willie didn't become my favorites until the past 20 years. So, after learning they both did this song, I had to hear it! IT IS WONDERFUL!!

Randy Meisner would have been proud of Willie and Waylon’s version of this song.

Is there any legislation demanding that in order to purchase fuel, if you have a job you must car pool. If the job you are going to has more than 3 employee ? Even if those you carpool with doesn't work at the same location.

I like Willie. I like Waylon. I love the Eagles. Randy Meisner and them did an unbeatable job in this song. I like different components of this song, but really, it’s poorly written lyrically.

Excellent version. Two great performances.

This just doesn't work for me I've heard the Eagles do this song 10,000,000 times or more and it just seems out of place hearing someone else sing it.

Went to this concert with my mom. I don't know if she is my real mom, but it was a great concert. My mother used to play his records along with Stevie Nicks. When I hear either, it takes me to a whole different reality than the one I am in today. I am in it alone. We saw him at Soaring Eagle, in Mt. Pleasant, MI.
