This is my 1978 Camaro that I have converted to look like a 1970 RS split bumper Camaro. This video shows what needs to be changed if you are doing a conversion. Had mine near this ride hight and my crossmember would scrape..lol. also wondering...since u raised the body line in relation to the door and quarter how did you correct that in the final body work?
I gave this a thumbs up, BUT your "welding" leaves alot to be desired!! Like someone who knows how to weld😊

My mann, First & foremost let me say "THANK YOU" for the video. Very clear & concise. I am encouraged to convert my 78 but really want to do it complete, rear body and all. any direction you could offer would be helpful, especially on the patch panels for the rear, also is the Classic Ind. Conversion kit worth it. "HELP"!!!!!
When you have an engine cleaned up like that do you still have a defroster?

Is it possible to fit a 18x12 rim in the front and still get that subtle fender pull without changing out the subframe
I don’t “think” so. A you can probably get by with a 315 though. Just depends what you consider subtle. If you modify the stock sub frame that could probably work. I can’t say that for sure though.
outstanding work. Do you have a parts list or link for all the parts you need to swap the front clip? I've got a 78 Z28 myself and mine is built almost exactly up like yours. Im running a stroked 454 with a proflo 4 efi kit

What all did you have to do to install the sniper EFI?
Not much, Holley has a video on it. Check it out. It’s been on my car for a while now and still works great.

I actually went back and rewelded everything and did some hammer dolly work. It turned out pretty good.

Easy, just bolts together if you have all 73 components.
