The enemies have such pep to their movement, like they are dancing with each step. 2:25 - Firstly, lovely close dodge of the falling purple block head enemy. Secondly, Yuko demonstrates why a skirt isn't practical for a slide kick. Lovely view for us though. 4:20 - Traded blows here but yours was superior. With exception to that scatter drop shot of his, seems the key to defeating this boss was well timed jumps. 5:31 - It's called Dreamland, but we assure you, it's not a dream. Also, hilarious choice in name. Are we going to see Kirby pop up? Kirby and Valis crossover is needed. 7:13 - Evidently, Yuko isn't being given much of a choice. "Put on the bikini armour!" 8:34 - Superb reflexes here. Also, Queen Valia couldn't be bothered to even heal Yuko's health here? Apparently getting her dressed to slay monsters was the top priority. 10:15 - Good positioning allowed you to dodge all the falling projectiles. Sadly, not the... horned dog cow(?) in front of you. Still, you tanked it and won in the end. 11:33 - A risky plunge but it was worth it for that glimpse of white... I mean, the health drop. Yes, definitely the health drops. 14:08 - His method could do with some work but kudos to the main villain to try and deal the hero as quick as can be. Humorous moment to end the video on.

ago 50 years ago Maria was suffering from a life-threatening disease and her grandfather Gerald Robotnik created the ultimate life form (Shadow) as part of the process of developing a cure. Shadow and Maria became friends over time, and eventually the entire project was shut down. Maria was shot to death, Shadow managed to escape. Maria told Shadow that her wish was for him to help humanity. Gerald Robotnik sought revenge, so he basically altered Shadow's memories to make him believe that his dying wish was to take revenge on humanity (and basically kill everyone). Shadow was eventually captured and put in a cryogenic chamber (frozen), only to be awakened by Eggman 50 years later. Thus begins the story of Sonic Adventure 2. At the end of SA2 Shadow remembers Maria's true wish and sacrifices himself to make it come true. In the next game (Heroes) we find out that he survived the fall but has amnesia. At the end of his game, Shadow the Hedgehog remembered everything and became the modern-day Shadow.

Yuko's expressions and reactions make this even better. The look of disbelief as looks down at her (lovely) bikini armour at 0:14 is just perfect. I also appreciate that her gasp is translated as "applause." As an audience member, I'm certainly applauding this attire choice.

That's nice from a video watching perspective. 0:28 - Lv60+ and it's still using Absorb? 1:15 - Exeggutor must be realising it made a mistake when challenging you at this point. 2:12 - The all important decision; will the Pokémon match the Pokéball.

This is way better than what Sega has shown/planned for their reboot! Thank you for staying true to the original, while giving it a good modern spin. I hate ‘modernize’, because the word is usually tied to things that are too different. But this is perfect!

You obtained this 3D remake and already got yourself three videos out of it. Best of luck in this second go at it. 0:44 - Something very cool about not even towards your charging opponent and casually walking out of the way of their attack. You had memorised this first encounter... and gave the viewers a decent amount of time to enjoy the soft sights before us. 1:46 - Gosh that looks painful; picking up the opponent head first!? Also, music is a tad loud in this video. It makes it mighty difficult to hear you. 7:59 - Despite your groans, riding atop Chicken Leg is working out well for you. A nice horizontal strike to three foes at once. 10:07 - Indeed; the glow of the campfire illuminates her pleasantly. 14:07 - Oh, you can actually go into the water. That's nice; cool little set piece for a level. I've heard a lot of negativity regarding this 3D remake but it honestly seems really good from what I'm witnessing. A lot of nice additions. 18:04 - You did well to save your magic to this point. Dragon Fire has made short work of the duo of Bad (you'd think when playing Solo, you would only have to face one of them). 20:58 - Your Dragon evidently did not like the cutscene and ran off. To be fair, it didn't seem very useful. Too slow for the attack and too small of a range. 26:57 - Hilarious that you're trying so hard to avoid the Dragon and here you have the Thief trying to push one onto you. 31:29 - Poor Minatourous didn't even get to throw out a single attack. They were decimated that quickly. 35:41 - Nice to see some of the other spells in action. The best course of action is to save it up for the max level, so these often go unseen... unless accidentally used. 41:35 - Hey now; Chicken Leg is the good one. 42:06 - Look at the little fire wizard do a twirl. You summon him and he does a happy dance for you. 44:48 - That would be from Tyris casting fire spells constantly... also, she's hot herself. 46:36 - The accidental spell use did save you from the enemy spells though. Do love how the Magician's attack in this. Nice bit of placement awareness you have to consider when moving about. 50:50 - You really do not like those magicians. It's cast a spell on sight for you with them. 54:49 - Struck her right out of the air there. No jump kicks for these foes are allowed. 56:06 - No cutscene or build up; Death Adder just immediately attacks from the word go. That's some forward thinking there. 57:29 - Rather brilliant to use Death Adder's knocked down body to block the Butter Soldier from reaching you. Smooth take down of the boss here. 58:34 - To be fair, it was bound to happen at some point.

Got myself comfy, a Christmas calendar cup of tea at hand, and jobs for the day out of the way; let's enjoy watching this turn based RPG classic. 0:26 - Funny enough, I have it on both those exact places, though I've yet to get around to playing the Switch version. It's on the to-do list like many a game. 1:59 - Bold statement; typically I hear folks attribute the 4th game as the best game, though some will say the 2nd from time-to-time. 5:27 - Phantasy Star 1 is a great game... once you get past the early game grind and lack of clear direction. It's an unfortunate barrier to entry for a turn based RPG that would often have been PAL region's first (after all, Square, Enix and Atlus games didn't start making their way to Europe really until the PlayStation). 10:07 - I'm starting to think this patch of trees is cursed. Constant Owl Bears... whom look like flying eyeballs. 15:33 - After all that and you've still not levelled up. From what I recall, you can buy better gear within the first town, so hopefully you'll at least soon have money for the better gear. After all, you've got plenty of treasure chests so far. 21:41 - Congrats; finally level 2! From what I recall, you can find mainly Sworms and Scorpions if you keep to the walls. That patch seems mostly Owl Bear territory, hence the terrible starting luck. 23:38 - Okay, that truly was rotten starter's luck to get an exploding chest so soon. 29:57 - I hear that was a pretty common thing for old school games, especially the likes of dungeon crawlers (text adventures as well from what I've heard). Also, funny how Alis sprite has black hair yet she has more a reddish-brunette colour elsewhere. 33:47 - Gosh, still don't have enough money for anything. An gosh, those prices jump up in price. 35:39 - Very fortunate there isn't; they'd kick Alis' butt at this point. Good to get 50 more Mesetas. 41:07 - It helps that is it just one Owl Bear here. The previous encounter was two of them, hence it seemed like it attacked twice. The game likes to stack enemies atop each other rather than have them side-by-side. 45:53 - A wonderful close call; Alis endures! 54:40 - Consistently being able to beat Owl Bears, gained a level and gained a spell. Things are looking good right about now; perhaps even good enough to venture further (well, running out of time to do that in this video).
