A little postscript - Kulani finished the regatta with 2 firsts, a second, a fourth and an eighth (which was dropped), to win the non spinnaker Division 2 series 45 seconds ahead of main rival Czech Mate. In March 2016 Tasar sailors from five states and territories contested the NSW State Titles at Port Stephens, three hours drive north of Sydney. I captured some of the racing from the start boat using a Nikon D750 when I could, and an Olympus Tough, which I fixed to the bow of the start boat to remotely capture the start sequences.
