That depends on your website-building skills and what the client wants. There are some free templates in Kajabi or you can get your client to purchase a template they like and you install and update to what they need.

Heya if you use a download product (which is brand new) it does. But if you put the download on a landing page or in the confirmation email it doesn't. You can have as many offers as you like in Kajabi :)

@@quiltingcurvestudio you can create an offer/checkout - which doesn't count towards your product limit. You create the offer, but don't include a product with it (often called a ghost offer) then deliver the download via email or on a separate page. You could do it in a product, but you don't have to - especially if you've got the limit of 3. The offers (which are your checkouts) are separate to the products. You have unlimited offers.

Heya the kickstarter plan contacts are for email subscribers, the members of the community (even if a free offer) are the active customers. So on Kickstarter, you can have up to 50 active members (but those customers are also for any other offers as well). You can easily move up to the basic plan at any time or when you hit the limit, it's an immediate update. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hiya, yes you can - this is an older video and there is now a much easier receipt functionality in Kajabi. Go to settings > customer payments. Scroll down to "add a title" and you can update it there :)

I can't seem to find anyone who I can hire to get me all set up and in compliance so that I can collect VAT and then pay it out to the EU accurately. It seems absolutely mind numbing to consider getting tax IDs in all of these jurisdictions. There MUST be people who do this for a living. I just don't know how to find them. Thanks!

Hi Eva, it will end up in a Kajabi payments account (which is run by stripe) not your existing Kajabi stripe account. You can integrate Kajabi payments with Xero or Quickbooks.

So glad they are helpful Gabrielle! Think of the options as being about the offer and whether it's a single payment, subscription or multi-payment. Single just refers to it applying to the first payment. So for a pay in full, it is off that total price. For a subscription or multi-payment, it is how many of those payments do you want it to apply to. Repeating lets you choose how many months (ie discounted for the first 3 months) or forever, means discounted for every payment someone ever makes on that offer. If you want a coupon to be valid just for a single person - you can use automations to create individual unique codes or use bulk codes to give different people their own code. But codes can be used more than once, up until the expiry date. Hope that helps! Sue x

You can go into the person's contact record, go to purchases, find the product click more info and you'll see where you can adjust the start and finish date :) If you didn't set any end date for your offer, you'll have to manually revoke access on the day you choose (not set it to auto-revoke for a future date), you can only adjust the start date - which is helpful for dripped courses.

Yes I usually customise the landing page to suit each offer, often adding a video ask survey to the thank you page if I'm organised enough! I also like to have a button that is take me to the course or similar, that clicks straight into the course or start here lesson, rather than the library. I do have a generic thank you page that I use sometimes however for get it up today ASAP offers. I don't usually use the website thank you page, but I could do that and have the button set to go to the library instead of home.

So glad it was helpful! It doesn't offer that - yet - hopefully one day. Currently the scheduler is only for calls already booked (ie not before payment). Which is why I like to use Calendly - or another third party software - for discovery calls etc. You could use a free plan for another software. I just use Calendly, because I already use it for my coaching calls integrated with Kajabi anyway. I like the additional features and pre/ post call flow customisation. But I can be a bit extra like that haha Sue x

Hiya, no it's not possible to swap affiliates, otherwise people would just sign up for each affiliate's bonuses, which isn't really fair on the person who first introduced you to Kajabi :) The only way Kajabi will allow you to swap is if it was a genuine mistake ie clicking on the wrong link and you let Kajabi know right away.

Hey KC no-one will take a cut of any sales you make if you sign up to Kajabi with an affiliate. Kajabi don't take a cut and the affiliate you sign up under don't take a cut. Some software programs have leveled commission - where the incentive is to get loads of other affiliates to sign up under them, but Kajabi doesn't do that. However the affiliate will get a commission from Kajabi - at no extra cost to you. Basically Kajabi are paying affiliates to market for them - it's a great way for them to grow their business. The benefit for you, is that many affiliates (like myself) will offer additional bonuses if you sign up through our link. You'll pay the same amount regardless. Often you will get a longer free trial or other bonus offers through affiliates (I am able to offer a 3 months for $99 special deal in June 2024 to all my audience for example). This video was showing you how to set up your own affiliate program to grow your own business in Kajabi - which is a different thing. It's run through Kajabi - but not about Kajabi. It's the software that enables you to track the links your affiliates are sharing, so they get commission if someone signs up after telling people about your programs :)

Hey Beth, I need to make a video on how to create email templates for the channel, thanks for the idea! You can save any email as a template (except automation emails and classic editor templates). Go to an email you've already created - or create one so you can make a template. Once you've finished it, but before you send, you'll see a button to save as template. Then when you go to choose a template next time, yours will be at the top. You can then access any of your templates and adjust them, by going to marketing > email campaigns and looking for the manage template button at the top :)

Possibly, I would probably run the live sessions in the Kajabi community if there were several per month. That way people could RSVP for the session that interested them and easily see a list, plus have discussions before/after the session. But it would depend a little on your pricing structure - is this an ongoing membership type of structure? Or a cohort baseed program that starts and ends on a specific date? And when you say courses, do you mean on demand courses, or the courses are the live sessions?

So people can only attend the individual class they sign up for and if they want to attend a different class they pay for that separately? Or are you offering it as a monthly subscription and they choose which ones they want to attend? (so everyone who pays monthly could attend any classes offered that month)?
