How many of these do they give you to sell a year? I know my yamaha dealer is limited on the sj they can buy to sell each year. I never see one in stock haha
We order a bunch every year but due to shortages they take a while to come in. There is no limit as of now.
@@JSPowersports oh cool!
hey brother my 2005 3d seadoo sounds horrible , what do you think it is? ua-cam.com/video/6xa6YBlSREk/v-deo.htmlsi=B6soE0SzqaBsKFg6
Thanks for this 👍
my 2022 footrocket won't prime when I turn power on
Spittin on that thang is better than nothing but not a good lubricant. Try extra virgin coconut oil. 😉👍
Can you flatwater flip that?
Yes if you have the talent but it's not a 50lbs hull
Footrocket is for jumping or buoys?
Footrocket is for Freeride, freestyle, chasing boats. The Predator RR is for bouys. See www.jspowersports.com/krash-jet-skis-2024.htm
I pretty vague
Where can i get one of these???
JS Powersports www.jspowersports.com/krash-hull-accessories.htm
Man i sure wish i could stuff a sxr 1500 motor into a reaper lol would be a riot
The 1200PFI that comes in the newer ski, '22+ have plenty of power and its way lighter than the 1500 engine.
@nathanjohnson9816 I'd be mostly all flat water messing around, almost buoy like riding so i figured the sxr 1500 with the unlimited fixed steering hood would be best but that puts the price right at what a new reaper would be. I'm not sure now, decisions decisions.
Do you have any Krash Foot Rockets in stock?
Seems like alot of unnecessary stuff for a 2 stroke. Making something simple into a computer nightmare just like the automotive industry 😂
It's called technology and it's really high tech and it's really awesome to be able to test things in a few seconds. Its totally optional and The majority of people will never even plug theirs in or do anything with it but for us techs and tuners it's fantastic.
@JSPowersports oh I know what it is haha. The more technology there is the more bs that cones with it. More problems of failure you have. I can't even change the brakes on my wife's suv because I need a scanner to put it in service mode to release the electronic calipers lol. Technology isn't always better unless I guess you have 50k in tools and a degree to work on it. I sure don't but I just built a good running 62t 760 for my superjet with just a few hand tools haha. Keep the videos coming man I always enjoy them
Thanks for the video. I’m buying a reaper second hand that has the starter out and needs new woodruff and bendix I’m assuming these issues weren’t addressed before hand and this is a common problem. What else are small fixes to these that help with the reliability and keeping things working properly ?
Finally a good JS tuning video
Can they do flat water backflips
Yes if you have the talent however its not a designated 50lbs hull flip ski.
Ok I’m thinking about trading in my tr-1 superjet in for one
I would really love your personal input on my situation, excellent video! My first ever ride was on a modded superjet (mid90s) model. This drove me to buy my first and only ski, 550sx. I loved that thing, even though I weighed 225lbs, my buddy on his 650sx couldnt jump HALF as high as I could. Everytime I rode the 650 I wished I had the torque, but HATED that you couldnt flat jump them. I havnt ridden now for 10 years and am 100% buying something this year again. My research says mid-late 90s superjet for a budget but full proof platform to get into. I want to enjoy the agility that the 500sx taught me, and grow a love for the jump that the superjet would apply. Hopefully giving me fun from the Delaware river to the ocean breakers and everything in between. I dont want to get out a loan or break the bank but im not shy to go in for $4k on something. I just dont know if I should locate and drive to get a great, older super jet OR if the ready available 750sxi would keep me occupied the first year, with options to cut it up and make it lighter for future years etc.
Grab a 750sxi and you will have lots of fun. A pre 08 SJ can be fun too but they are overrated. When you're ready for something with more power and more stability step up to a 1200cc Krash. We finance.
@@JSPowersports Thanks alot for the input! I saw that the Krash is more affordable than I would have thought. Feel like I need to prove to myself that im gonna stick with it before I fully immerse on the first ski though. Interesting on the 750sxi input, thats kind of what I suspected!
Is this fuel injection like the old seadoo di engines are or how the 4 strokes are now
Its Port fuel injection so it injects under the intake manifold.
@JSPowersports ok cool. Was all was curious. I know the engine is based off of a brp engine if I was told correctly lol
The colour way of that Krash you show is 👌 👌
I have a 2023 superjet tr-1 and thinking abt trading it in on one of these how much are these skis
www.jspowersports.com/krash-jet-skis-2022.htm
Ok I’m in Michigan
Can a buy one with no engine.. to set up for a 701?.
Yes www.jspowersports.com/krash-hulls.htm
@@JSPowersports ok groovy how long of a wait ?.
I can ask but I need to know what color and option. Pls email from web site.
I would be curious to know what model krash skis sells the most and the least. It would be interesting to know nation wide what people generally want when buying these.
Standard Footrocket is the best seller. Predator RR sells the least. Most want a fun, playful, light ski that they can back flip at an affordable price.
That thing looks cool! Why can't I find a single video on the entire internet of somebody railing on one of those?
If that guy is new to skiing, I take my hat off. It took me months just to be able to stay on the ski. Well done my man
Quote please.
Does the grease ever cause an arc or short? I thought it helped with conducting current?
It does the opposite. It is not conductive.
@JSPowersports thank you! A lot of bad info out there. Just got done reading the technical specifications for the grease I got and it agrees with you
Sorry, but that’s not right. It’s not for that purpose.
@@chiefjoseph8154 So you're saying that it's conductive?
@@McCoyFamilyFarm Not at all. It should be applied to the inner ring of the item. It’s not intended to be used on contact points. Check with the manufacturer.
Do you have any videos of the newer reaper?
Yes here on our UA-cam channel. One was the test ride.
ua-cam.com/video/QpLG5dFggq4/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
Hay yanki scaeffers oils ???
Can u guys do a video on how to replace them with the updated style that’s greased?
Its hard to find time to do videos on everything everyone is asking for however we once had a write up with pictures on how to do it all. If you purchase these parts or any other parts from us we can send you the information we still have.
Is this advice make or model specific?
No, happens with b pipe and west coast etc
Hi!! Incredible only with 701 and simple wake. Do you use trim??
I can't because I can't afford 30k worth of skis on a double trailer. There is no barbies to be had!
when i put the voltmeter to test the starter cable that reads zero, its at zero, when i hit the button it starts and goes to 12v, but if i dont use the voltmeter and hit the start button nothing happens, it only turns on when im measuring the starter side solenoid screw, wtf
How long have they came with a 1200. I’ve been tempted to try a krash but I know they had allot of issues at least with the kv997 motor. They are a good looking ski.
The 1200 has been out since '21. The engines have been great for us be we also know how to set up and tune a ski properly. Most of the issues with jet skis of any brand are owners that are not very familiar with skis let alone high performance skis and engines. Proper procedures and care are key. The new 1200 PFI engines that came out in '22 are more powerful, more responsive and only take about half the fuel of the carb models. My wife and I now own 5 Krash skis including our original '19 997 that still runs like a champ. We dont even ride our Kawasakis or Rickters any more. The Krash hull is so much more stable, responsive and fun to ride.
How much are they?
Where are these skis made?
The engines and a few other things are made in Australia and the assembly takes place in Thailand.
@@JSPowersports I see on the Krash website an office in Australia and California, so I wasn't sure if they were made at either location.
Which octane do the fuel injected models require?
It's set for 91 but fuel and timing can be changed.
Im the owner of this ski, and these fine gentlemen are taking it easy in the video. It's an insane ride in person. Full throttle and you can barely hold on, lol. Yall did an awesome job JS, Thank you!!!
Couldn't agree more!
I would LOVE to ride one of these......... maybe one day =)
Plan a trip to JS Powersports in Cedar Rapids and take a test ride. Weather permitting of course.
I put 7s in my 997 a few weeks ago because that's all the parts store had. If felt a little more crisp
I love that orange,
It's for sale - www.jspowersports.com/krash-jet-skis-2022.htm
Best single modification for a Krash. I barely use my bilge pump any more since I installed my vacate valve from JS Powersports.
That carbon fiber is beautiful! They were already light, Id be curious to know how much weight is shaved with the CF hull. Gorgeous ski!
30-35lbs lighter
Looks awesome!
Appreciate the post, new 23 foot rocket only fluids in it were from factory but apparently they didn't know about this so arrived with a hull full of fine bright green oil. RTV to the rescue.
Do you have any less then 13k? 😂 maybe less then a 4 stroke sxr or superjet?
Base price on a new ski at this time is $13199. We finance and can ship too if needed. We can also do break in, tuning and add accessories all at an additional expense. I can look for a demo or used unit if you contact us directly with what your looking for.
@JSPowersports sounds good. What about the reaper do you get those in much?
None in stock right now but we can get them. Call for more details
@@JSPowersports 🤙🤙
How have the 1200 fuel injected engines been reliability wise? Any water leak issues on the 2022/23 stuff? Been following the Krash skis for a bit and have been really up in the air on buying a new one vs a 5-10 year old rickter/tigercraft etc
We ride our Krash skis more than anything else we own including our Rickters. The hulls are amazing and so much more stable than anything else out there in that size category. The engines have been solid. I would need you to elaborate more on the water leak issue. If you're referring to in the engine that is due to people not winterizing the skis and Ice blowing out the base gasket. They must be winterized properly. It is a high-performance machine and needs attention and maintenance. If you choose to get one I highly recommend obviously buying from us but have us do the setup and testing so it's all dialed in when you get it. Rickter and Tiger crafts are all custom-built and I wouldn't do anything less than a 950cc engine or you're wasting your time. It also depends on which model because some are very small and narrow and very hard to ride. Feel free to call or email us and I can answer any additional questions you have.
To bad I live 9.5 hours away!! Lol I'm in need of a new job and you sell everything I love! 😂
Promo'SM 😅
How hard are these to register in the states? In the past there was issues with registering them because of being carbed or somthing in my state but now that its DPI i coukdnt see why you cant. Looking at one for Georgia.
There's also wording on their website that makes it sound like their for closed course only?
no big issues so far
@@DDRDK
before the were injected they were suppose to be for close course or private water.
But do they float?
Yes
@@JSPowersports I just ordered a pair.
