i choose this tone bacause Pantera use tons of gain unlike modern metal , just to give pantera vibes

i dont do anything special. i use Archetype Gojira with my own preset in stereo mode , the only major adjustment i do on jupiter is enable double track and adjust the tuning with tune knob on top right side of the plugin

yeah, this is still my favourite guitar plugin so far, i like it more than odin 3

@@Smackjamsbro yeah but but at higher tuning odin 3 sound not as good as shreddage 3, the sound clarity a bit too high at higher tuning

agree, there are certain song that are not optimal at stupid low tuning, this is one of them

maybe its's because guitar playing style of this song is not meant for low tuning, if you listen to couple metal songs that played on different tuning, you notice most of them have different grooves and playing style.

yeah i struggling with drum beat on this one, sorry about thst, so i have to make slight changes , drum time signature in this song is really weird on few part

maybe next i should simplify the drum beat, if i find song with weird drum time signature

@@mrbobmetalhead69 It's not in a weird time signature, it's just syncopated. You added too many notes in between on the snare which the original drumbeat doesn't have.

shreddage 3 jupiter with archetype gojira

i am using archetype gojira both for both vst guitar and real guitar, for favourite guitar vst so far , shreddage 3 legacy, jupiter and odin 3, session guitarist is no longer my favourite,

shreddage 3 legacy is my favourite so far cuz it sound the best and because it is kontakt based plugin, i can change the tuning easily because modern metal played on variety of guitar tuning

@@Ashtrid-i5f it could be either E1 standard or double drop D . I dont think he use thickest string though cuz there are youtuber playing this on 7 string on drop A tuning without sort of digitech drop pedal whatsoever

@@kartondev thats why i wanted to buy cort kx307 cuz it is the cheapest 27inch scale guitar in my region, around 250 usd. It is only 7 string but that 27 inch scale making it perfect for DJENT if i use THICC guitar string

@@mrbobmetalhead69 I bought kx 307 about 1.5 years ago. Much better then 508 and x700 mutinity. Yea pickups sucks a bit, but if you are using good plagins... IMHO I have a lot of guitars and 307 is my one of the favorite. Mb I'm lucky and my 307 is only a good sample, but I love cort more then Ibanez and solar (1.6 ab that I had)

@@kartondev i have seen someone djent on it with stock pickup and neural dsp plugin. Sound good enough to me. I use neural dsp plugin both for guitar plugin and my actuall guitar which suck for djent due to 25,5 inch scale
