I'm curious if the multicolored images within the main chakra color are part of the actual chakra, or if it's just something beautiful to enhance the meditation. It's so awesome!! Definitely done daily!!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I too wore out the VHS copy I had. This is how I learned to meditate way back when I was 18. The tape got so worn it became unwatchable. This is beautiful and clear! So glad to have come across this. Thank you. Ms Maclean was the neighbor to my family therapist. He introduced this video to us. Such impact on my life! Glad this is back in my life.

I'm the same as you. I wore out my VHS with this as well. It was my introduction to chakra meditation and I still think it's the best out there.
