What possible symptoms might a a bad swivel cause? Obviously, no power to the robot is one. Are there others?

Hi, I have an s300i (from 2016) that only came with Bluetooth, with a power supply transformer that does not support WiFi. Is there a way to convert the same power supply to connect via WiFi?

What do you do when the swivel doesn't swivel? You can turn it by hand, but I have to hand swivel it to remove the twists almost daily. We have only had it a couple months and happy with the cleaning the robot does, but the only thing the swivel is good for is being able to hand crank the twists out of the cable. Has anyone here ever contacted warranty service for a swivel that is too stiff? Did they honor the warranty for that? We already had to replace the power supply since the timer button quit working after a week.

The small round board on the swivel joint was shorted, burned out. I replaced the cable, it worked once and stopped. Read the cable and again one pin was open. What could be causing the short? I have a new motor.

I have replaced the tracks on my dolphin s50 per directions with genuine Maytronics tracks. They still fall off. Somewhere i read it might be worn bushings. In this video the bushings lift off and are replaced. My bushings are stuck on....I'vetriedto gentlypry them up withno luck......what can i do?

I have to replace my dolphin cable and when I removed the old connector at the body the connector was coated with something that looks like grease of some type. Any ideas ? I’m sure it is to ensure it is waterproof.

Are the wheel bearings replaceable on the E70 and if so, how comparable to this process is it please?

So I’m doing a yearly tune up. I noticed you didn’t put the plastic washers bump outs into the grooves for them on the housing. Does it not matter? And why don’t we replace the ones for the back wheels? Or…are there no washers back there? Mine won’t climb. I’ve replaced the power cable, the tracks, and plastic hub washers. Just bought new wheels and starting over replacing everything one more time! If that doesn’t do it, it’s back to Maytronics again to figure out why!! I’m at my wits end at this point

would it be possible to install a E30 replacement cable for my E20 unit? the connectors look similar, and the E30 comes with a swivel, so it may help with the longevity of the cable (less stress)?

Why would we need to replace the repeller?

you forgot a gear.

Replacing the rear brush was easy and took only about 1 minute, but wow it looks like the whole robot needs to be taken apart to replace the front brush just to access that one screw at the top. Fortunately the front brush lasts longer.

I’m noticing different part numbers for different cables. How do you know which cable goes to your cleaner?

I’m little bit ashamed to admit but I’ve been putting this off for months cause I thought it was gonna be a hard job probably removing 25 or 30 screws and being super careful not to break any plastic, but thanks to you it was like a three minute job. Well good video, mine is the E10 and I am completely disappointed and feel robbed by the manufacturer; that cable tangles in the water and do not let the cleaner work efficiently; they recommend to extend it in the sun but that does not works I watch painfully as the cable just wind into itself. The vacuum is useless with such a screwed up cable they use and there is no solution for this other than get rid of it. I feel feel suing the company!

Yes. having loose gears will make the machine not run...they all have a selfcheck startup...when they move forward and back..then stop...if machine detects something is wrong it will not run. 1. Reason is Imprller, 2. Power Supply box which should be 29.14 with a volt meter, and 3. Gears bind up.....

Hi, does this work for s300i? I have the non iot controller and it is showing a no mode error so its likely controller. i want to buy the iot over normal controller.

Is there a way to further disassemble the swivel? I feel the wires have become disconnected at the disc ? trac section. Would like to disassemble and repair. Thanks
