Do these rules apply to spouse work permit extensions when the primary applicant is at its PGWP? And what happen to the OWP with kids under 18 years old ?

There are no positions that you can't train someone to do. If there are positions open, then the demand exists to create a training center to train/retrain people, and it is in the interests of the government to offer training/retraining rather than have people un/under employed. There may not be political will and/or capital to train/retrain, at the cost of the public dollar, but thats an issue of politics and policy, and is outside of reality and fact. It is certainly easier to hire an existing person from outside the country, and it might be cheaper to higher foreign workers to meet some specific demand, rather than to pay to train them. But if person A is a citizen, and un/under employed and lacking training, and person b is not a citizen, but qualified for the role right now, then societies better answer ought to be to train person A, rather than discard him, and turn to person B. However, society is ruled by the rich, the rich treat everyone as disposable, and no one wants to pay to train employees to learn how to do the job. everyone wants employees to take an entry position with 5 years experience for minimum wages.

Honestly the current government has destroyed Canada with excessive immigration policies, the whole foreign Worker program needs to be scrapped and we need to deport about 4 million people who were let in with little to no skills in the interest of merely being progressive by our current failure of a Liberal government, changes are coming soon thankfully. The only change you will see as promised is this rampant abuse of immigration is going to come to an abrupt halt for the foreseeable future, I don’t see how every fast food worker is vital to canada

The people don't want this. And the people run the country, via our elected representatives who WORK for US. Canadians were never asked. Nor did we EVER vote for this. The open border experiment has failed and it is finished. Now we need to mass deport and remigrate and that can't happen soon enough for Canadians.

Hi, I would really appreciate if you could please answer one of my queries. If a child care provider leaves Canada before getting PR (goes on vacation before completing his / her two year work experience requirement) then what is the eligibility criteria for entering Canada that he / she needs to meet as per the below condition mentioned on IRCC website. Leaving Canada If you go on a vacation outside of Canada, you are not automatically deemed ineligible for permanent residence under the Home Child Care Provider Pilot or Home Support Worker Pilot. However, it is important to note that if you leave Canada while your application is being processed, we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to re-enter. Each time you re-enter Canada you will need to be re-assessed and meet all eligibility criteria for entering the country. Thanks!
