Lets be honest. He used the hell out of her. She fed him, gave him everything he wanted, she fucked him, and then she committed suicide after realizing he blatantly destroyed them all. He gave the queen the idea to branch out so far that the vampires nearly wiped themselves out. He then was able to effect all 4 of those females constantly. He had more rights and control over the entire castle than they did. They were all linked together and he blatantly used them all. He destroyed them all. Look at it like this. He blatantly required hundreds of vampires to gather him hot and cold water, and caused thousands of vampires to farm for food for just him because he was the only human in that entire place and the only one that did not drink blood. He controlled them all. Oh sure he wore a collar but to keep that one "slave" it required 1 of the 4 generals and at least 1/4th of all vampires to keep him happy. The vampires had to slave over keeping him happy and getting him food that he can eat which meant going on entire long ass trips and busy as fuck because everyone else could just drink the blood from bottles that was stored in bottles after the people were killed while he required fruits, veggies, non human meat, and fresh water and fresh drinks. He enslaved that entire kingdom from inside of a tiny cell.

This is by far 1 of my personal favorite anime of all time. I especially loved the English Dub version.
