Put your bowl towards the edge of the spinning platter. Offset from the center. That will avoid having that small region being under cooked.

ffs, what is that, I sure hope you learned to cook during the last 7 years. The list of things you did wrong is too long for me to name. But let's start with putting salmon steaks in a cold pan, burning the garlic, constantly shaking the steaks and serving them with all that butter,

oh wow. learn to cook indeed! 1) easily smash the garlic with the knife 30 cm away from your hand 2) why would you put the garlic minced, under the salmon? preventing a good sear contact. We'll return to the garlic at 3) 3) that garlic looks burned 4) salmon looks overcooked. Other than that, good cooking

Helps to have a loose lid on top. That way the steam helps cook it also.

Biggest load of nonsense! Put a tiny bit of oil in a bowl, plate, dish and pierce the yolk a couple of times with a small wooden skewer. Put in microwave and cook for just over a minute. No need to keep opening and closing door to check! Egg cooked.

It's so easy to put it into a frying pan though. So all this complexity for crappy texture and unevenly cooked egg is so unnecessary.

I used to judge people who microwaved eggs, I was was die hard pan man…until today. Today was the day I microwaved an egg. Today was the day life changed. I can no longer be the pan man I once was… Who have I become? Who will I be? All I know is…the the microwaved eggs that sit before me, there’s no going back.

Good on you for learning the one hand technique but.. you don't have to be a ninja. Once the dish is hot, the egg will keep cooking until its out. You can cook 2 min, set it aside and it will continue cooking while you finish etc. Fyi

If for some reason you want to do this instead of just getting a pan, putting a tsp of oil and cooking it at mid-temp until it doesn't look slimy (moist is ok, slimy shiny texture usually isn't), just don't eat it the way this person eats it, to me that's not cooked and considering how little people doing this probably know about food-safety, better not to take any risk.
