The building and suits are really good. However the starata is the worst. They will target you and harras you over parking. Biased building manager, Breakins in the storage room for over 20-30 lockers in one night.

Sorry, but Nothing is affordable in Langley, unless you are quite rich. You might get lucky if you are looking to rent in Surrey, I'm currently paying $650 a month for a basement suite, only because I got very lucky in 2016.
