For some reason the floating Stones aren't there for me to reach the bridge and get across. Is it only me or has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?

I was in the right area couple of times just not the right exact spot. This side quest was so much easier in the demo

This quest must be glitched for me. I didn't know what to do because all it said was do the things for Kristoff and venellope. The only way Kristoffer showed up was because I looked online to see what to do and started doing it but with Venellope I'm not sure how to start it. 🫤
