Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer * 1 cup milk * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * 5-6 tbsp pumpkin purée * 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice * 1 tsp cinnamon * 4 tbsp pure maple syrup * 1 tsp vanilla Whisk milk, cream, pumpkin, syrup, and spices together in stock pot over medium heat until blended well. About 3-5 minutes. Add vanilla in and whisk about another minute. Pour mixture from pot through a strainer into a bowl. This will remove most of the pumpkin pulp from creamer. Once strained, pour creamer into a jar and let cool. When cooled cover with lid or pour spout and store in fridge. Enjoy in hot coffee, iced or frozen coffee, or over vanilla ice cream! 🥰
You are precious! I just found you; new sub for sure! Thank you for the recipe. Continued success, sweetness!

A friend taught me how to make these easy breakfast tacos and they quickly became a family favorite. Hope you enjoy them as much as my bunch does. Easy Breafast Tacos 1 lb chorizo or breakfast sausage 4-6 eggs 6-8 flour tortillas, fajita size Shredded cheese Butter Brown and drain sausage, set aside Scramble eggs, set aside. Butter both sides of tortilla and place in skillet in medium heat. Layer sausage, eggs, and cheese on one half of tortilla. Use sptaula to fold over the other half of tortilla. Brown both sides until crispy golden. Enjoy with my Holy Guacamole or salsa. #elliegracesattic #notacraft #butaneasyrecipe #crafterseattoo #mompreneur #signmaker #crafter #smallbusiness #breakfasttacos
One of my momma’s cast iron skillets that was handed down to me. It had lots of black flaky carbon buildup on the bottom of it and was overdue for a good cleaning and reseasoning. This procedure can be intimidating but is really rather easy. One round in a self cleaning oven cycle and all that residue and black bits just crumbled away. Cleaned it up with some steel wool, warm water, and a thorough towel dry. Next, rubbed it with some olive oil inside and out and popped in the oven upside down on rack for about one hour at 350 degrees. Then turned off oven and let it cool off inside. Now I have a like new cast iron skillet ready to cook! #elliegracesattic #diy #lifehack #easypeasy #castironskillet #castironseasoning
Made breakfast tacos today and decided we (I mean I) needed some guacamole also. 😂 This recipe is easy and yummy! I can eat it with a spoon. But it also goes well with chips, tacos, eggs, toast, or just about anything. HOLY GUACAMOLE 1-2 ripe avocados 1/2 tomato, diced 1/2 onion, diced 1/4-1/2 tsp cumin Garlic podwer or salt to taste Salt & pepper to taste Cut avocados in half long ways. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado and spoon into bowl. Mash with a fork to desired consistency. Fold in remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
FULL RECIPE … - 2 cups of dry powdered milk - 3 tbsps of powdered sugar Dump ingredients into medium large bowl and whisk together. Store in jar at coffee station. Enjoy!
Thank you so much! I bet Swift powdered/or white cane sugar mixed in with the powdered milk would be tasty as well. Or Swift artificial brown sugar mixed with the powdered milk? Yum!
@@ssoozee Those sound like great additions!

I have been looking for a home made coffee creamer. Tried a few but they took a lot of sugar and I do not use sugar in my coffee. Love that it ony has a few spoons of powder sugar.
Yay! I hope you enjoy it! Our family loves it!
I make egg nog coffee creamer...it took me a few tries to perfect it b/4 I got a keeper...I don't like my hot coffee sweet, so it only has a very small amount of sweetener (which brings out the flavors that make it taste like egg nog). It's great any time of the year but esp during the holidays...it costs a fraction of what commercial flavored non-dairy creamers cost. Mine can be made with dairy or non-dairy, wet or dry which I reconstitute.
This sounds great!
So where can we find the recipe for the egg nog creamer? That sounds delicious!
@TheresaSmithMillerRasmusson You can google recipes for it but I like mine the best...Here's my recipe....it makes one cup...I usually double it..I make it with non-dairy powdered creamer that is not sweetened nor flavored....not the healthiest but I think it tastes the best...you can substitute 1 cup of any product like half 'n half or non-dairy liquid creamer...you might use whole milk but it may not be as creamy. I combine 8 tablespoons of plain/not flavored and not sweetened non-dairy powdered creamer, 1 packet of Splenda (or 2 tsp. sugar if you prefer) 1/2 tsp rum flavoring, 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring (don't use the cheap stuff), 1/2 tsp of butter flavoring, 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg (if you don't grate it fresh it won't taste as good). To this stir in 1 cup of very hot water (hot enough to dissolve the powdered creamer). I like to let this sit several hours in the fridge for the nutmeg to 'soak' in the liquid and develop the flavor. Note: You could experiment using a vanilla non-dairy creamer but it's quite sweet and I don't like my hot coffee to taste sweet hence I don't use it... If you prefer yours sweet you could add more sugar to my recipe or begin with a sweetened creamer....the packet of Splenda I add doesn't really make it taste sweet but it does bring out the other flavors..w/o the Splenda it's not as good...that little bit of sweetening makes a big difference...If your a fan of eggnog (I am) you might enjoy my version..I start with a commercial egg nog..I find them too cloying used 'as is'......BUT if you fill a glass with crushed ice, add some iced cold whole milk leaving room for about a fourth a cup of the commercial egg nog or to taste (you can add more but it's high in calories), give it a stir, sprinkle with freshly grated nut-meg and top with some canned whipped cream (the real stuff) it's sooo good. Not my idea...I got it from Susan Branch's blog a couple of years ago..she's an artist who publishes books, calendars, paper goods, etc. I start early in the season with the egg nog and when the season is over I'm sad to see it go.

I have two 2 lb containers of powdered coffee mate. I also have vanilla powder do you think that would work.If so how much would I need to use. I also have pumpkin spice. Hope I hear back from you.I’m From Juneau Alaska.
I think if you add powdered sugar to the coffee mate it would work. I’m not sure about the vanilla powder since the base of this recipe is dry milk but it’s worth a shot. Let me know how it turns out. Thanks for following along.
