A little girl showing her love to her sick brother. Una niña demostrando el amor hacia su hermano enfermo.
史上最強のロミジュリ
😍😍😍
She is korean :-)
That was nuts. I know nothing about ballet. I only stumbled upon this video because I googled Swans. That was absolutely beautiful. I just discovered ballet... :O
I used stumbleupon to stumble upon this video.
Class act. The music is brilliant too.
That.... was beautiful
I think that Zakharova is one of the few people that can pull off russian fouettes, usually when people do them the look sloppy, I definitely prefer Balanchine Fouettes
Natalia was traveling more on the fouettes; her balance was slightly off, but I like the placement of her hands on the doubles.
Thats sooo complex coz not only are they having to do it in a 4 at the same time they are also in pointe shoes (and jumping kills in them!!!)
I bet its realy hard to do it in a 4
about 33-34 :) totally love her <3
To all those 26 people who disliked the video don't know what classical ballet is. How much training it takes, I'd like to see any of the 26 people dance like that. However it's true that she's a little too forceful but even with that none of you could dance like that
who is the guy with big balls????
@kygao98 Well, but Natalia seems so confident and..fearless. While Zakharova seems.. like a tiny wind would make her fall.
@baferlet Both the music and the variation are the same. It's similar to the situation of Satenella and The Carnival of Venice - both the music and choreography of those two pieces are the same, but the ballets are different.
I love her dancing but these fouettes were not her best work:(
shi i s the best
How many turns was that? has anyone counted?! Amazing!!
@rocknroll4ever6 Thanks for the explanation :) I was just wondering because the Pas de deux in Cats musical looked extremely romantic to me, but others say it was one night stand, or that the two were siblings. so I wanted to learn a bit more about the dance XD
@DontBeAZombie I find that it is usually used to convey a relationship which is usually romantic, but there are certainly pas de deux that arn't about romance
That dress seems like it would get in the way of the legs. But the dance is beautiful. An exquisite pas de deux!
è fantastica questa esecuzione, non c'è niente da dire si puo solo guardare e godere :D
she was on her leg that night, ive never seen her do more than a double. She is a perfect swan
Romeo, Romeo- no offense- My dear Romeo... but could you please put on some pants.... (I love ballet and especially Romeo/ Juliet but honestly, if you can see their crack through their tights then something must be done)
thatz4rm a movie
@daniellebastian well it pretty easy. (:
i don't like :s
Best swan lake ever. End of story.
amazing lovely foot work
amazing
Is the pas de deux ushaully done to convay romance? or can it be playtonic? like Siblings?
Wow..... .__.
The most passionate and touching pas de deux I've ever seen.
Personally, i dont like how her legs goes up in fouettes but she still is amazing!
she is amazing. realy. .. but natalia osipova is better at this coda ;)
If I´m not wrong this music is from arlequinada not fille mal gardée
If I´¨m not wrong this music is from arlequinada not fille mal gardée
@bandxgeek It is a live orchestra. Profesional ballet shows are always done with one. And, this is American Ballet Theatre no less, soooo :)
Das sieht aus als würde ihr Bein gleich abbrechen und wegfliegen xD
she seemed a lil tilted sideways... :/ shes a great dancer, but i dont like her fouettes very much.
Chick has hecka good fouettes! haha Most wonderful!
I'm not usually a ballet fan but this was so amazing...
I'm learning this:) they make it look sooo easy
She makes it look so easy.
Zakharova is really perfect and lovely, her body, conditions, expresion, technic, elegance, all Svetlana makes is absolutly incredible, but it´s true that she needs work her pirouettes for to be incredible at all.
First ballet I ever saw, at Covent Garden about twenty years ago. I remember looking at the program and seeing that the performance would take about 3 hours. I thought, "Oh, man, this could be lethal." Well, fastest three hours of my life. Prokofiev, the sumptious sets, and, above all, the dancing (Vivian Durante as Juliet). A memorable night. Oh... and isn't it amazing that 14 people could actually dislike this video? Well, to each his/her own, I guess.
@befferina Yes she would be doing them correctly, she is just not placing her hip very well which is undoubtedly pulling her off of her leg. Maybe she was just off that day...who knows. There is however no argument that she is a dancer with great talent!
What I wouldn't give to kick that high in my fouettes! Mine are all low to the ground or I lose my balance. She's great!
@ItaniaJustrivger oh sorry..:$ ;p
@marakisweety your random capitalization hurts my eyes
