Omg you got me walking around again. I have had a stiff back for 5 days with pain. I have been working on my sleep management and sleeping more had caused me to stay in one position longer and therefore causing a stiff back. I do have DDD, flat back syndrome and Anklyosing spondylitis so it’s fair to say I have issues lol. But I was doing fine untily sleep got better. So I think it’s just muscle stiffness. These simple exercises helped to relieve my pain and tighten in my low back. No medicine or position relieved it. Thank you!🙏 ❤

Dearest Michael,, there’s almost not a day that passes that my mother and I speak of you and how kind you were to her during the hardest time in her life. My mother came to Brooks in 2016 after spending 30 days at Shands and ICU and another 30 days at select, after a massive stroke. There was no time wasted. I followed the ambulance on a two hour ride and when I arrived there with my mother, I immediately felt like I was home. I don’t know if Michael, will ever see this. My mothers name is Margaret Sturman and I’m her daughter Maggie. I never left her side for 85 straight days and I can tell you that my experience at Brooks has allowed me the knowledge and experience I needed to take care of my mother still today and she is doing great! Michael Green has a special tenderness to his heart that is nothing short of extraordinary. It’s as if he knows exactly what the patient needs to hear to help him or her get through the next step with dignity and hope. All I can say that there is a very special place in our hearts for Michael Green, Dr. Paris and the many that helped us while we were there. There are times in our lives that completely change the course of our lives, but it is the people that choose to care during the most desperate times in our lives that make the biggest impact We are forever grateful for the special care that Mr. Green provided for my dear mother and for the excellent staff that made her feel so special and so welcome. That was a poorly officiated and poorly medically attended fight. Prichard Colon took many more blows to the head after those illegal shots (including more illegal blows), and basically was given time to shake off a concussion to continue. An early DQ for the other guy if Colon couldn’t continue likely saves (a lot of) his life. Combat sports are a gamble. That Slap stuff is especially scary.
