These "Ocean Songs" outtakes make me wish for another Dirty Three album recorded by Steve Albini; his way of recording just fits the sound of Dirty Three like a glove.
Makes no difference whatsoever who records them, are you suggesting that their other great albums are lacking somehow because Albini wasn't in the booth? I just wish for another Dirty Three album, full stop .. I could not care less who presses record. Warren is obviously a master producer by now in his own right anyway, what do they need Steve Albini for?

Thanks for posting this. There was an mp3 of it floating around in the napster days but it stopped at the four minute mark. Always wanted to hear the rest of the song. Tried to bid on the EP on ebay a few times but never won. Now so many years later I finally hear the last 1:30. Thank the skies above for the Dirty Three!
