@FingersCrossed But like, Editor can't be Bystialed. If you summon Editor, you always have/bring a Domi out, so Bystials don't do shit on Editor And absolutely nobody will interrupt an Editor with Veiler/Imperm/Impulse. The target is always either Dareios, Gistel or Panther. And you always use 1 of the previous ones before summoning any Editor. So a Bystial on Editor will never happen

@ it’s up to you bud but I played against bystial ryzeal Thursday at locals I did the gistel + attorix combo they tried to saronir my editor when I used comeback I dom negated and he chained druiswurm and banished my editor. Another game against white forest they activated nib at the same time I dom negated then they baldraked my editor so 2 out of 6 games I had my editor bystial’d 😂 Maybe I’ve just been unlucky but I’ll always play 2

@ yeah because I was able to combo into another one 😂 test panther summon Augustus and I have nox in hand one game and attorix in hand the second so just made the second editor and continued

Dark magician has had tons of support. Playable stuff in other themes, but decent overall. Blue eyes has been pretty much filler outside of 2016. Which was constructed for it to be the best. Expect DM later on . Red eyes DESPERATELY needs decent cards. Rush duel has plenty of good stuff.

@ Dm has been the same play style over and over circle eternal soul and summon out dark magician to banish any other variant of the deck isn’t even playable due to massive bricking and 0 recursion which isn’t even a dm deck at this point red-eyes also struggles in the sense where its play style never changed either and it’s sad to see that blue eyes can get an update on its play style but the other 2 can’t

@Jonathan_Luna I meant in the sense DM cards like Magicians Souls/ illusion has seen some play in other things. No blue eyes cards can say that. I think it's better to focus on one, make them good and competent. Than hurl generic old school support and it be more slop. This pushes Blue eyes to be meta. Let it have it's time. Then later in the year, the next DM stuff rise. Possibly another structure deck. Just because it didn't happen today, doesn't mean it never will.

Blue eyes support sucks though. Yah they have abit but most of it is so bad!

How does tempest bridge kash to red eyes?

@ Tempest can send itself and a Unicorn to search Black Metal Dragon. The Unicorn in GY can also be used if you happen to have Birth in hand (plays like that are why I actually advocate for running it at 3 compared to any other amount). Also, if you’re willing to fit Dragunity Knight Romulus and a Dragon Ravine, Tempest can become the GY send, allowing it special summon itself by banishing monsters that don’t do anything. As for the field spell issue, look into the Blue-Eyes structure deck when it comes out. The link 1 searches a field spell that Red-Eyes quite likes, which also opens up synchro plays before you end up XYZ locked

@ I wouldn’t play the blue eyes link for the field spell as it’s a brick and you may as well just play striker and boot imo But tempest is a good shout I may change my ratios around and try add 2 copies in although I’ll have to play more birth to really get the benefit of discarding unicorn or tbh just specialing fenrir adding unicorn to then discard with tempest could also work, you’ve given me some good options so I’m going to get cooking! This is what we need to make red eyes meta everyone coming together with viable ideas 🙌

@ The field spell lets you dump Normals from your deck, even if you draw into it, you get a use. Boot sector does nothing unless if you ran a Rokket package. I do think it the link has a use case since it doesn’t lock you like Pisty does, and you’ll never use its effect

@ yeah I could swap it for pisty 100% but yeah I dump a red eyes but that doesn’t further my plays I’ll still need two level 7s to make a flare and then summon the red eyes, although it could be useful in primite red eyes 🤔

I think there’s better options than the dragon ruler and I don’t think my list generates enough card advantage to make Draco future

How many cards do you play in the deck?

@@SamArm31 i run in the 50-60 range depending on how many draws/handtraps i feel is necessary to grease the wheels, but it can get slimmed to 45 or so (w/handtraps) if need be

@@Danlight1911 yeah I think if you’re playing more rank 7 spam it doesn’t help with that, but for me I like different layers of interaction and more possibilities so it suits me more.
