Back in 1998, we were the 333rd team to register for the FIRST Robotics Competition. The collaboration between John Dewey High School and Canarsie High School, affectionately named "Can-Dew," continued until 2007.

In 2008, Filippo Dispenza, our current Lead Adviser, resurrected the team number, 333, and renamed us "THE MEGALODONS". Since then, we have been consistently growing in both population and performance. In 2018, we were finished fourth at the world championship which is an international competition in Detroit where top teams from around the world compete.
