Keep the work but maybe you should let people request things you run until you find it.
Thank @irish-Oxygen for your comment, I really appreciate the feedback
Would love to find a tutorial on how this is done
@@Return2Running it is very simple, if you are using Coros and Insta360, you just link them during the edit, you tap the square with a tick it will take you to different options then tap stats, it will ask which app you want to sink with, give permission and you are on your way. The good thing about it is you don’t have to record the entire time. Whenever you record it will know the distance you were at and the pace.
Hi. Thank you for posting the video. I am looking for a marathon in June 2025 and found this race. Would you be able to share with me the terrain of the race? I checked Strava and there's an elevation gained of 250m in the second half.
@@kienmaulim5928 it’s a lovely race and course, I will share both Strava and Coros
@@RuMe377Thank you for sharing .I saw some strava's data. 150-250m elevation gain. Are the slope gentle long up slope or a shock to the legs? 🤣
@@kienmaulim5928 My apologies for a late reply. I meant to share the data on but I could not figure out how to share it here there is no option of sharing a pic. The elevation is gentle except for two, the first one after the tunnel as you go off the highway then the second after about 27km, you go under the bridge and turn to go over the same bridge but its very short about 20 meters or less but extremely stip. All others are very easy on the legs.

Great run Sylvester and I loved the video and commentary!
Much appreciated!
Great video. Perhaps pause a little more between the switches so we can take in the background and sights. Nice one. Boom 💥
Thank you, will definitely give it a shot 🫶🏾
lovely edits
Thanks!, still trying to learn most of the functionality
Good job!!
Thank you! Cheers!
keep it up brother
Thanks man.
Nice one jeki
Thanks man, trying something different
Thank you
Great running 👌
That looks like a really nice route, with long straights and relaxing scenery. Do you measure HR, pace etc? I do 80/20 so almost every run for me now is a long, easy one. Thanks, mate!
Yes I do measure HR and pace, but most times I find it difficult to maintain the target easy pace and find myself running 30sec to a min fast, that why there that beeping on the watch in the video. Thanks mate
Not sure if it's the camera but from the sound of your shoes slapping the ground and your posture is could indicate that you are tilting forward from your hips. It's not effective and can lead to injury because you're not engaging your glutes. Try running tall and don't bend.
Thanks for the comment, how do you fix that
@@RuMe377 Just run tall with a neutral spine and keep your head up. Try google "running tall" or maybe good "running form" there are plenty of videos about in on UA-cam.
how's your stick invisible?
It’s an @insta360 x3 camera which does not show the stick, they call it an invisible stick
Said your ex?
How many miles did you run 🏃🏽♂️…?
@luisnarvaez4427, that was 27km which should be 16,5miles
