I, too, deleted Instagram! For a week because I felt that I needed a break from it. I told myself that I would do it for a week and check back up on it Friday/Saturday. Ngl, I have gone on Instagram website (Lord help me 😅), but other than that, I feel less sad, more concentrated in the moments, and less stressed. But it's awesome to hear that you're staying disciplined for God. you're doing great 💛🙌🏾🔥✝️ :3.

Social media takes most people away from their real lives. Social media, in my opinion, should only be used to teach, talk with likeminded people, and or to learn through coaching. Social media should not be used to spectate other people's lives. Society has normalized becoming constant consumers of media instead of constant servants of our community, ourselves, and God. Like you said, social media has nothing to do with our real lives. It's cloudy and it only effects us because we let it. That's why God is always the answer! He loves us, gives us grace, and shows us the truth. We just need to listen. The grass isn't greener on the other side, it's greener where you water it. God bless you Dafnis, great video!

I deal with intrusive thoughts too but it just the enemy lying to you to keep you stagnant mentally and spiritually you have to denounce and rebuke the lies in your head sent from the enemy

But I did just want to send you some advice here so I see that you’re reading Jesus calling and I used to read that book too, but I would honestly switch to something else because the author has been connected with doing things like New Age and witchcraft. There are some other devotionals out there that are much better, but I would maybe not read that one anymore because she is not Someone who is biblically correct 🙏🙏💜💜
