it doesnt matter for gaming laptops they have very low refresh rate display like 120 or 144 so we have to put that as max limit if we put unlimited fps it gets very hot and also has lot of imput delay any setting you want you can play with it comfortable fps enough or more than what your laptop display rate is so we dont got to worry about gpu
