Literally watching this video while making an adapter shaft for my ridgid 300 to work with the ring roller. Made me chuckle to see you've already built what I'm making lol.

At work as a boilermaker, we rolled our own shells and we made templates out of 1/4 plywood about 2ft. long. You cut the template for the radius you need and check as you roll your tube. Using templates will make your work so much easier.

Thanks for the info and demonstration. Building up my HF tubing roller with all of Swag's add ons during the Coronapacolypse. It will be almost as good as the Hulk once I finish burning in the extension wings. Had I known how much use I would get fron a tubing roller, I would have just bought the Hulk and saved myself a lot of time with all the mods that I've accumulated from Swag. I've been turning my own dies with 4130 rounds as well because they rack up some coin quick and I'm just a home gamer with a shop dedicated to whatever I feel like learning and tackling. I spy something else really cool in your shop that I want to run in my diy shop: That exhaust setup with the blower. I have that blower but didn't think about suspending the callapsable line. I already have a some pulleys in the centerline of my 16ft pitched ceiling setup so I can paint and then lift the drying materials up, out of the way to work underneath. Suspending the exhaust to one of my windows is ideal. Unistrut trolley would be even better if I didn't have pitched overhead and a gantry to pull through. Subscribed.
