Aims and Objectives of Postgraduate Degree Programmes
A. To provide opportunities for graduates and practitioners to obtain postgraduate qualifications in Real Estate Management and Valuation.

Programme Duration
A. The duration of the M.Sc. in Real Estate Management and Valuation degree program is two (02) academic years consisting four (04) semesters.
B. The duration of the PG Dip in Real Estate Management and Valuation program is one (01) academic year consisting two (02) semesters.
