It would be nice to have a Master Suite. Instead of a master bedroom. The Suite is larger and has a sitting area.

Love the outdoor kitchen but the space should be larger.

Closets are small.

Glad that it’s natural gas. However, that’s NOT a gourmet kitchen. Also some of so called “ upgrades” are standard in many other developments. It would be nice if some of these developers included Bay Windows and mud room.
