do i need to add certificates ? and if yes then can i simply can't add participation certificates because seriously telling i don't have any grt certificate that i got

Hey, Sethu! idk if you're still reading comments but im in quite a weird position rn and i hope you could help me in some way. I need to submit letter of recs but the thing as an intl student (Pakistan) my school doesn't really care about students' apps. My teachers are not familiar with how the US admissions process works and I HIGHLY doubt that they will write me letter of recs. Even if they do write them, they will NEVER take responsibility to send them to unis themselves. Idk what else to do? hoping to get a response thanks!
