How to fix a rear windshield wiper that’s hanging down. This is on a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS but is likely the same method for many makes and models.
Ok, just to clarify.....if my blade normally is to the driver side when its off, I'd want to place it to the passenger side to tighten it??
Good question. That’s how it is for this vehicle which is a 2010 Hyundai sante fe. I would start with that orientation then adjust if needed.
But why is it sitting so far up when it is in rest mode? Shouldn't it be laying level?
Good question. I just turned the car off while the windshield wipers were still running so it stopped mid swipe. If I would have turned the windshield wipers off first then turned the car off it would have sat down level. I wish I would have filmed it like that but didn’t think of that until later.

@@passingonknowledge so I opened mine and it's cracked. Does that mean I have to replace the whole windshield wiper?
The cover cracked or something else?
@@passingonknowledge I popped open the cover and I seen that wiper(I think) is cracked. I can email a picture if need be.
You might just need to replace the whole thing if the wiper is cracked.

I just fixed my 2010 Mazda CX-7 but I had to put mines on the regular way because when I did it counterclockwise it went down to the trunk 😂 Thanks for the tip!!!

Dang dude, I got the same beard as you and I always trimmed with the grain resulting in a very short beard, even with the 8 guard. Do you feel like with the grain leaves it pretty even?
Yes. With the grain works for me but I have to stay on top of it about once a week or it starts getting out of control.
