this is know as a supercell
So this was the big storm on November the 27th probably a high death tole
no one thought to grab the bins out of the way for others including emergency vehicles

It’s ok, they have steering wheels.
I lived through this storm. The hail was the size of cricket balls. Wouldn't catch me running out to grab some bins.
I would have done the same as the asx driver did. Head for cover.
