This ship has not sailed. They have last minute cancelled people with European flights already booked. We found out 40 days before our departure to Rome that we would not be going. No apologies - just "Supply chain issues". Gave me a refund but I booked a year ago and they've had my money. I had to spend thousands to re-book my flights for a non-cruise trip and I had to drop the portion in France due to time. If you go to their Facebook and look at the comments under their BS advertising, you will see that people claim to have been rebooked many times costing thousands of dollars. If you want to book this, you are best to wait until it has sailed for a while but even then, don't expect luxury treatment from anyone at Ritz or Marriott.
